Needs more spin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with the not so great, the spin cycle leaves clothes a bit wetter than I'm used to. I've most recently used front load washers so maybe this is just how top loaders work. My clothes definitely came out clean, but the extra water meant more work for my dryer. For such a large drum, this washer doesn't take up much space, the build is really efficient. The soap dispensers slide back into the chasis, giving you full access to the drum, so loading and unloading are nice and easy. The setup was easy and the LG ThinQ app makes keeping track of the cycle status a breeze. There are plenty of cycle options, extra rinses and the like, but I do wish there was one for an extra spin. There is an option for download able cycles, so maybe that's something LG can do in the future. Now that I've mentioned the not so good, let's talk about what works. This washer is efficient and definitely get clothes clean, my mother does a lot of gardening and her clothes come out perfectly clean each time, I definitly think this upright washer cleans better than front loaders, and there is the added benefit of being able to leave the top open, nobody wants a smelly washer. I like all the cycle options that are included, without becoming too complicated. This is definitely a washer you can throw your clothes in, add soap to the dispenser and go about your business. If you're looking for an upright washer, you can't go wrong with this one.

Amazing and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new LG washer! The drum is quite spacious, with my previous washer I always got a little nervous stuffing my king size quilt inside. I had absolutely no concerns here. It cleaned it like a champ. I love how customized you can tailor each load if necessary. There are so many cool features within the app, I'm still testing them all out. I'm also a big fan of the fact there's a space for powder detergent in the dispenser tray. Setup and app connection was a breeze. The drain hose has great flex to it but stays in place quite easily. They were very thoughtful in the details that often aren't given a second thought. Very appreciated. All in all I find this to be a great washer that will suit my family for years to come.
