[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5.0 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Smart Top Load Washer WT8200CL offers very impressive features. The washer that cater to efficiency and convenience. Its has a large capacity and allows for thorough cleaning of sizable loads aka cal. King comforter, it’s ideal for my family. The Impeller washing system ensures that our clothes are moved gently without damaging them. One standout feature I think is the EasyUnload™ design, which makes loading/unloading laundry a heck of a lot easier. The AI Sensing technology thinks for you. It totally wash cycles based on the weight and fabric type of the load, ensuring optimal water and energy usage. So my husband and kids can even do it. Lol Connectivity options is a game changer the smartphone control, allowing you to start or monitor washes remotely. Which working from home or running errands. I can see if I need to get up or get home and switch the loads. The impeller system offers a more modern approach to washing, and overall, this washer in my opinion is totally user-friendly features, and smart technology. If you're looking for a capable washer that effectively combines size, efficiency, and smart features, this LG washer is a solid option.

Big and sleek
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it says 5.0 cu.ft. Mega Capacity and means it. So large! Did a queen comforter with no issues at all. Sorta fun to watch trough the glass top. It closes slow, no more slammed top. Still working through the AI parts, but it seems to sense the needed cleaning cycle, and the turbo is really fast. It does seem easy to reach into. I am 5'4" and can reach the bottom without a struggle. Overall great washer so far. The app is cool, and tells me when the cycle is done, nice tool.

Horrible
Lors des brassées de foncé qui ne se met pas dans la sécheuse, le linge sort plein de poussière dedans. Je dois frotter tous mes vêtements pour l’enlever avant de faire sécher. J’ai toujours eu des frontales et je n’ai jamais eu ce problème. LG dit que c’est ma façon de laver qui en est la cause. J’ai essayé toutes leur recommandations sans succès. C’est clairement l’appareil le problème. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Je n’achèterai plus jamais de laveuse à chargement par le haut et certainement pas la marque LG vu le terriblement mauvais service à la clientèle.

Still discovering all of its features, but the AI setting is awesome. It uses weight and other algorithms to optimize the temperature and spin rate that us best for each load!

i love my washer. it is so quiet i can hardly hear it running. It has a huge drum. holds alot of clotes. It cuts down on loads. Highly recommend it.

DO NOT BUY! The washer leaves dirt on you clothes and customer services is not helpful.
