DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST!
Do not buy at all costs. The latch that locks it in place after 4 months, the build quality is disturbingly bad, it feels very fragile to use and can break at any time. Also it cannot handle simple detergents like Tide, after a wash cycle, left over detergent will still be in the basket. IT requires me to use vinegar to thin out the detergent as the machine is too weak. I would 100% avoid this washing machine. Not worth the money and I don't think I will every buy from LG again.

Exceptional Washer!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So far, I've really enjoyed this washer. I did a lot of research before purchasing and felt LG was going to meet my laundering needs. The cycles are efficient and washed my clothes thoroughly. I have used the AI Cycle and was pleasantly surprised. It adjusted the time, temp, and spin speed according to the fabric. The cycles also seem to run fairly quiet. I love the easy unload feature, which makes it very easy to reach inside the tub. I love the little things like the drain feature on the soap dispenser as well as the sturdiness of it. The App Control is wonderful! You can track how many cycles since you've washed your machine, the energy consumption, as well as remotely starting your machine. It's also nice to be able to track the progression of each cycle in real time. All in all, I am very happy with my washer!!

Upgrade from a 15 year old LG washer.
This is a huge upgrade from our 15 year old LG washer. The WT8200CL is very quiet and smooth operating washer. Some people complain that it does not put enough water in the tub. Perhaps they should learn how to use the washer. Go on-line and print what features are available for each wash cycle. I find most wash cycles have a adequate water level. If you need to add water because you don't feel there is enough, the Heavy Duty & the Deep Wash cycles you can just pause the cycle and touch the deep fill button, don't hold it down unpause the cycle and you can add whatever amount of water you feel comfortable with. Pause the cycle when you get the water level where you want it, and touch the deep fill button again this will turn off the additional water you are adding. Unpause the cycle button and washer will pick back up on the wash cycle. You can even use turbowash doing this on the heavy duty cycle. If you want more water in the tub on any cycle just set soil level to heavy.

Great features and a ton of different wash cycles!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this washer. We previously had a GE older agitator that was failing us. Upgraded to the 8200CW and are loving it so far! Our clothes are coming much cleaner now, and they actually smell good! Delivery from Lg was extremely smooth, and communication was good. The 8200CW has a ton of space, and we can wash ALL our bedding at once. Duvet, sheets, and pillow cases, plus they all spin nearly dry! The downloadable wash cycles on the ThinQ app is pretty cool, but I use that feature more than my wife does who is not very techy. I also love the soft close lid and the touch screen style buttons are pretty responsive. The unit is very quiet and you barely notice it is running. Some things that I am not a big fan of is the tinted glass on the lid, and the grey plastic drum. At our old house we had a 7200cw and I felt like the fit and finish on that older gen was a little better. Overall we’re very happy with it and three weeks in of using it steady, we have had zero issues.

Bad, bad, bad appliance.
I wish I can write a review with 5 negative stars. If you want your clothes to get washed run away from it. By using a normal cycle I got my clothes with dry patches in them and with lint spots. It's either using wasted amount of water (and yet poor wash) or don't use even half of what is needed. After 1.5 month of using it, I'm going to sell it (if anyone wants this) and buy another one. I bet those smart engineers that created that never did their own laundry in it.

LG code did NOT work
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Horrible deal. I can’t fault the product because I never got to buy it!! So disappointing! LG would not accept the code. I followed up with support more than 5 times. Tkt# 1426229. They then said it was fixed but I was never able to buy the item. I hope this doesn’t impact my experience with influenster because I WANTED THIS WASHING MACHINE!

Washing Machine Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is awesome! Before getting this washer, a weekend trip to the laundromat had to be made to wash our bedding. Now we can do it on our time, whenever we want! The spin cycle seems to work very well too. I feel like the loads come out of the washer more dry than our last washer. Thus, the dryer time is shorter too!

Horrible washer
This washer sucks, it’s not going to clean your clothes well and when you call they’re gonna ask you if you have a picture of how the clothes still smell bad when they come out even though you watch a whole cycle of the clothes on top not being agitated. The impeller sucks it doesn’t pull the clothes under if you really want the washer go with the agitator because you’re stuck with it after 14 days.

Plenty oof cycles
I am very happy with this machine, my cloths come out nice an clean without the detergent residue like my old machine would leave on my cloths. It has many different setting and cycles to choose from. The machine is very quiet.
