I’ve only used it a few times but so far so good! The best part about this griddle is the design of the sides being the cover when it’s not in use. It takes up so much less space than my older one where the sides are solid and always “out”!

Great grill! Gets super hot and cooks like a dream. Assembly was a little tricky as there are no stickers on the items labeling the parts or arrows showing which direction they face. The drawings are good so just pay close attention to them.

I've already used the grill a couple of times and I absolutely love it! Excellent quality easy assembly and an awesome price! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The parts in the box were not labeled or were labeled incorrectly. The video keeps referring to parts by their part number, such as A3. But we had to find parts based on the pictures. Some parts had a left and right or back and front counterpart and it made everything more difficult than it needed to be. The only parts actually labeled were the hardware, screws and nuts and such. The wrench provided was used in one step. It did not fit the nuts provided. We had to use our own wrench and screwdriver, which is fine, but it felt like including the wrench was a prank as it was almost completely useless.

buy this, buy it now. the box weighs 180lbs so get a dolly or some help, but either way, you need to get it. as good as a blackstone - actually a little better due to higher btu it heats up faster, and the area to the sides of grill dont get very hot, which is a main complaint for blackstone owners. thermal management is very well designed on this one. Cleaning and seasoning is easy, super non stick after the first seasoning. for large families it's amazing, imagine cooking all your food at once and getting to sit down as a family and eating together and the food is still hot! you can make a lot of food all at once on this and the first epiphany i had was how nice it is to sit down and eat with everyone and not still be waiting on the last of the food to finish. really awesome cooking appliance

This works well, but definitely has "cool" spots in the corners and in the front. Takes a little getting used to, but does a great job cooking large meals. See attached thermal image for "hot" and "cool" spots.

DO NOT DO IT PURCHASED IN JUNE, NOW MID AUGUST. STILL WAITING ON REPLACEMENT PARTS. IT CAME WITHOUT A KNOB..... A KNOB! TWO MONTHS AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP. TOLD ME THIS MORNING ( ITS ALREADY BEEN 2 MONTHS) THE DAMAGED SHELF IS NOT EXPECTED UNTIL MID SEPTEMBER. IT WILL BE OVER 90 DAYS AT THAT POINT. AND STILL NO KNOB. STILL CANT USE

My husband loves cooking dinner on his grill. As with any grill, there are areas that get hotter, but with time, you learn where those are. The lid opening to the sides and act as shelves is a great feature and we also love the grease pan being in the front for ease of access. Definitely consider this if you want to save some money and still have a great grill.

so far so good! We had a camper-sized griddle that recently was feeling small. We got this for Father's Day as an upgrade. Set up took a few hours and so far the griddle does everything we need. We put it together and feel good about the sturdiness of the materials. We have dogs and LOVE the hidden front grease trap vs trap in the trap exposed in back on other big-name brands.

Really solid and great directions to put together. The video demo to put together was so easy to follow and everything's very high quality feeling. Nice that it comes with the cover and tools too. Wish it had a lid just to avoid splatter off the back when cooking but it's still a great value!
