Great grill! Gets super hot and cooks like a dream. Assembly was a little tricky as there are no stickers on the items labeling the parts or arrows showing which direction they face. The drawings are good so just pay close attention to them.

Good value for the money. Works as it should. I wish it had was four swivel wheels, instead of two, because it is really heavy to move around, and, a propane gauge of some sort to tell me when I am low - other than that, good purchase.

I’ve only used it a few times but so far so good! The best part about this griddle is the design of the sides being the cover when it’s not in use. It takes up so much less space than my older one where the sides are solid and always “out”!

Great griddle but was missing a piece in the box that supports the lid. These pieces are on backorder when you call the company. Must have been alot of missing pieces in alot of boxes.

bought this grill for $199, 3 days later they reduced the price to $139, they will not give me a refund the difference. I will not be buying anything else from them.

This griddle is amazing. It was super easy to assemble and the seasoning instructions were clear. We've used it once and loved it. We're looking forward to many more uses.

The parts in the box were not labeled or were labeled incorrectly. The video keeps referring to parts by their part number, such as A3. But we had to find parts based on the pictures. Some parts had a left and right or back and front counterpart and it made everything more difficult than it needed to be. The only parts actually labeled were the hardware, screws and nuts and such. The wrench provided was used in one step. It did not fit the nuts provided. We had to use our own wrench and screwdriver, which is fine, but it felt like including the wrench was a prank as it was almost completely useless.

WE’RE OBSESSED WITH THIS GRILL! For the price, it’s an absolute game-changer. Cooking on it is so much fun, we’ve made so many meals, I’m honestly tempted to move it inside (don’t worry, I won’t… probably 😜). Seriously, ditch your boring old "grill" grills and go for a griddle grill—you’ll find excuses to cook every day, even when it’s freezing! 🥶🔥

Seems to be well constructed but I should have given it more thought before purchase. Assembly is fairly straightforward but be prepared to spend some time. It needs windscreen. Cooking surface is directly exposed to the wind. Griddle also gets extremely hot which brings up the concern of how close it can be to structures while in use. One of my biggest complaints is that it is hard to see whether or not burners are lit. Personally, it will work for what I intend to use it for. However, I should have stuck with conventional grill.

so far so good! We had a camper-sized griddle that recently was feeling small. We got this for Father's Day as an upgrade. Set up took a few hours and so far the griddle does everything we need. We put it together and feel good about the sturdiness of the materials. We have dogs and LOVE the hidden front grease trap vs trap in the trap exposed in back on other big-name brands.
