Excellent griddle for less than $200. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it works flawlessly. It was in perfect shape when unboxed, and my wife and myself put it together in about an hour,and we are in our sixties. Not one problem The side tables are huge, bigger than almost any other, and also fold up and over the top of the giddle when done cooking. It takes about 15 minutes to cool down before you can fold them up.I researched many griddles for about 3 months before choosing this one over a blackstone. I am so glad I did, Saved me over $230. over the blackstone.I might purchase another one to keep as a spare, just in case any thing happens to this that can't be fixed. such a good price.Two thumbs up to Sam's club for the great buy.

It's the perfect size, heats up evenly, and is so fun to cook on! I've been wanting a flat top grill, and this one was the right price, size and style. If you're on the fence about getting one, I say Go For It!

Great price for a very sturdy griddle. The only complaint that I have is the griddle heat is uneven. Not sure if there is an adjustment with the burner assembly. Love the built in side shelves/cover. Great buy.

Fastest grilled steaks ever ! Grill is good quality, everything is sturdy, fast to warm up and cooks evenly. My only wish would be for 4 pivoting wheels.

The parts in the box were not labeled or were labeled incorrectly. The video keeps referring to parts by their part number, such as A3. But we had to find parts based on the pictures. Some parts had a left and right or back and front counterpart and it made everything more difficult than it needed to be. The only parts actually labeled were the hardware, screws and nuts and such. The wrench provided was used in one step. It did not fit the nuts provided. We had to use our own wrench and screwdriver, which is fine, but it felt like including the wrench was a prank as it was almost completely useless.

BUYER BEWARE. Wrong parts are in the box and support cannot help you. The flat top included in this griddle is the incorrect shape/size from the one in the picture and the instructions and WILL NOT FIT, essentially being a 100 lbs slab of useless iron. I paid 30 dollars for the privilege of purchasing online at Sam’s Club without a yearly membership, and now that the product they sent is defective, they refuse to work with me or provide support because I don’t have a membership, and insist I should pay an additional 65 dollars in order for them to stand behind the products they sell. Save yourself the stress and buy a quality product from a more reputable retailer.

Ruined Father’s Day! Thanks members mark. Your quality control is top notch. I our this griddle together in less than 2 hrs to get to putting the griddle on top…. Only to find out you sent the wrong top!! You sent a griddle with pegs that can’t be removed. So Father’s Day surprise ruined!! And do you think your customer care is open on a Saturday before Father’s Day to trouble shoot and get me a new product??? Nope!! Waste of my time and a ruined surprise! Oh also this app won’t let me upload the photos reach out and I’ll happily show you the garbage I’m talking about.

BUYERS: MAKE SURE THEY GAVE YOU THE RIGHT GRIDDLE before assembly. We were just about done when we noticed the griddle was not the right type. Will need to return it, only if Sam’s will just replace the griddle for us, but I doubt it. So sad, thanks mom for the Father’s Day gift but, I will need to return it :(

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I called in about a bad gas regulator on 9/29/2025. I was told that there were issues getting replacement parts due to the tariffs that were put into place and they need time to relocate their warranty parts. At that time they said it would take a few weeks. Requested an update on 12/14/2025 and they told me the parts were on backorder until the end of January 2026. They also referred me to the Sam's Club returns policy in case I wanted to return it. Like I can just throw this 120lb griddle into the trunk of my car..... It's not like this is a specialty part either. They could have walked over to almost any box store and bought a replacement for $10-$20 dollars. I expect better from Sam's Club. Hopefully the part will show up in another week or two. I hate to hear what the next estimate will be.

Returning this due to having the most important part wrong the griddle. Someone mixup the griddle that was supposed to go with this assembly. Wasted two hours building something gonna have to return.
