Excellent griddle for less than $200. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it works flawlessly. It was in perfect shape when unboxed, and my wife and myself put it together in about an hour,and we are in our sixties. Not one problem The side tables are huge, bigger than almost any other, and also fold up and over the top of the giddle when done cooking. It takes about 15 minutes to cool down before you can fold them up.I researched many griddles for about 3 months before choosing this one over a blackstone. I am so glad I did, Saved me over $230. over the blackstone.I might purchase another one to keep as a spare, just in case any thing happens to this that can't be fixed. such a good price.Two thumbs up to Sam's club for the great buy.

This is well worth the price. Spacious enough to cook potatoes, eggs and pancakes at once - and at different temps so nothing burns. We also cooked a dozen burgers at once - it was great! The griddle does require thorough cleaning and seasoning before AND after use. A little extra effort, but then you don't have a pile of pans to wash!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of Sam's Burner Flat Grill. The assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour, thanks to the clear instructions provided. I was able to start cooking on it that same evening! Since then, I've used the grill several times and have been consistently impressed with its ability to heat evenly, making it perfect for a variety of meals. I highly recommend this grill as a reliable alternative to others available on the market.

I had been considering getting a Blackstone for a while, but frankly, the price-point was a little high for my liking and I just wasn’t sure I wanted to spend that much. After reading reviews on this little grill I went ahead and grabbed one. This thing is LEGIT! It took a couple hours to assemble and then once it was seasoned - it cooked up a storm for a youth conference where I helped cook up breakfast for over 120 kids. It worked beautifully. I have zero regrets going with this over a Blackstone. I give this grill a 10/10 and two enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏼

Sturdy quality product! Great value! Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took me about 3 hours to assemble by myself. I used a drill screwdriver to speed up assembly. Be careful not to over tighten and strip screws. The burner valve dials could be a little looser when adjusting the flame. I've cooked meals on the griddle several times with much success! The cast iron griddle seasoned up easily per instructions. My griddle top warped very slightly. But, without any cooking issues. I highly recommend the Member's Mark griddle!

Only had it for a short while, but it goes together fairly easy and feels pretty solid. Didn't realize that that side table surfaces are actually the griddle cover/lid until it was assembled and that they fold up to a more compact storage size. It seasoned pretty easily and cooks very well the few times I've used it thus far. The ignition system has also worked reliably to date without any difficulty. Eggs and pancakes cook incredibly fast and some smash burgers came out flawlessly. Only complaints are minor design choices. The grease drain/trap is located in the front of the griddle which might risk losing a piece of food down it if you're moving things around. And the side "tables" formed by the underside of the opened cover feel just a little undersupported. More of an opinion at this point, but I'd be skeptical of putting something weighing more than a few pounds on it in case it damages the hinges.

We were so excited to use this, but by the third use, we noticed one of the rotating wheel weld block spots had come loose, causing the wheel/whole grill top to lean to the side where the wheel weld area broke.. I’m a little disappointed in the wheel location for the rotating wheels.. would be much better if they were in the straight leg and not hanging off a triangle piece that’s apparently barely welded together. Ugh.

Ruined Father’s Day! Thanks members mark. Your quality control is top notch. I our this griddle together in less than 2 hrs to get to putting the griddle on top…. Only to find out you sent the wrong top!! You sent a griddle with pegs that can’t be removed. So Father’s Day surprise ruined!! And do you think your customer care is open on a Saturday before Father’s Day to trouble shoot and get me a new product??? Nope!! Waste of my time and a ruined surprise! Oh also this app won’t let me upload the photos reach out and I’ll happily show you the garbage I’m talking about.

The grills wiring caught on fire after 3 uses. We went to use it and it started smelling weird, immediately turned the propane off and noticed it was the wiring that had caught on fire.

I have been waiting since before Memorial Day to be sent the hardware that was missing, which I only found out was missing half way through the build. Just really disappointed 1. That not everything was in the box. 2. That the customer service has taken so long even with calling every 2 weeks. 3. That I haven’t been able to use my griddle!
