Got this on sale and have enjoyed everything we've made on it. Well worth the price and works just as well as a Blackstone.

Love it easy to put together. Seasoning took a little longer than I thought, but it was very easy to do. Cooked our first meal sour dough pancakes .

Works fantastic. Great quality for the money. Should last a long time. Nice size for a large cookout. Would highly recommend.

This griddle is half the price of a Blackstone and just as good! We are very pleased with our purchase and would do it again!

I don't think you understand... I'm in LOVE!! This flat top cast iron has quickly become an invaluable addition to my cookouts this year!!! I've already used it for an amazing fajitas. This has really been put to use!!

I absolutely love cooking on this thing. If you get this, save yourself the hassle and download the assembly app. So much easier to use than the included manual.

missing parts

Works great. Not to difficult to put together. I need to season it better. I had done 4 rounds with canola oil but still had some hamburgers stick. I bought regular black stone season made with coconut oil and others. Haven’t tried it yet

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I called in about a bad gas regulator on 9/29/2025. I was told that there were issues getting replacement parts due to the tariffs that were put into place and they need time to relocate their warranty parts. At that time they said it would take a few weeks. Requested an update on 12/14/2025 and they told me the parts were on backorder until the end of January 2026. They also referred me to the Sam's Club returns policy in case I wanted to return it. Like I can just throw this 120lb griddle into the trunk of my car..... It's not like this is a specialty part either. They could have walked over to almost any box store and bought a replacement for $10-$20 dollars. I expect better from Sam's Club. Hopefully the part will show up in another week or two. I hate to hear what the next estimate will be.

It just feels a little shaky and already retightened some screws but it works and gets the job done.
