I bought this for my daughter and her husband but world rather have given them the Blackstone and kept this one! The feature are better and the surface of the grill seems better. May just buy myself one too.

I had an earlier version and provided to my son to buy this one. The shelf’s can now move to cover the griddle after use. 4- burner so adjusting is simple to cook several items at once. Now at $199.00 is a perfect price that rivals Blackstone

This works well, but definitely has "cool" spots in the corners and in the front. Takes a little getting used to, but does a great job cooking large meals. See attached thermal image for "hot" and "cool" spots.

I love this Griddle, It's so much better than a traditional BBQ, however I am really upset because I purchased it for around $249.00 and two weeks later they have it on for $199.00

I did have to drill a couple holes to put the bolts and nuts on. I guess someone in the assembly line fell asleep as it passed but beside that if you follow the instruction completely and look at photos also , The assembly went smoothly.

A bit of a pain to put together but it was worth the headache. I've cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner on it and it's so easy to keep clean and maintain. Highly recommend.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I called in about a bad gas regulator on 9/29/2025. I was told that there were issues getting replacement parts due to the tariffs that were put into place and they need time to relocate their warranty parts. At that time they said it would take a few weeks. Requested an update on 12/14/2025 and they told me the parts were on backorder until the end of January 2026. They also referred me to the Sam's Club returns policy in case I wanted to return it. Like I can just throw this 120lb griddle into the trunk of my car..... It's not like this is a specialty part either. They could have walked over to almost any box store and bought a replacement for $10-$20 dollars. I expect better from Sam's Club. Hopefully the part will show up in another week or two. I hate to hear what the next estimate will be.

Seems to be well constructed but I should have given it more thought before purchase. Assembly is fairly straightforward but be prepared to spend some time. It needs windscreen. Cooking surface is directly exposed to the wind. Griddle also gets extremely hot which brings up the concern of how close it can be to structures while in use. One of my biggest complaints is that it is hard to see whether or not burners are lit. Personally, it will work for what I intend to use it for. However, I should have stuck with conventional grill.

DO NOT DO IT PURCHASED IN JUNE, NOW MID AUGUST. STILL WAITING ON REPLACEMENT PARTS. IT CAME WITHOUT A KNOB..... A KNOB! TWO MONTHS AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP. TOLD ME THIS MORNING ( ITS ALREADY BEEN 2 MONTHS) THE DAMAGED SHELF IS NOT EXPECTED UNTIL MID SEPTEMBER. IT WILL BE OVER 90 DAYS AT THAT POINT. AND STILL NO KNOB. STILL CANT USE
