Amazing griddle for the price.

Awesome griddle, gets very hot for searing. I own a blackstone and it is very similar. It does need locktight on all the screws if you will be moving it constantly.

Buy a better cover. The one you get is NOT waterproof and your griddle will rust.

Seasoning your griddle top improves the cooking performance, creates a non-stick surface for cooking, prevents damage and deterioration due to moisture and humidity, and extends the life of your griddle.
