Rust
Purchased this product, got it home and started to put it together and realized it has rust spots. I loaded it up and returned it for another one. Got that one home and it also had rust.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. The appearance of rust spots on the griddle top, is indication that the protective seasoning has worn off. Good news is that the griddle top can be fully restored! Begin by dampening the surface with water. With protective gloves and steel wool, scrub the areas of concern until the rust has been lifted from the surface. Rinse the surface thoroughly. (Be careful not to overflow the grease catch.) Wipe the griddle surface with a cloth to dry, and remove any debris before seasoning. For your convenience, I've included a link below to a quick start video that includes step-by-step instructions for how to season your griddle once the rust has been lifted: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhR7cx1Rx5E

Seasoning your griddle top is required before and after every cook. Seasoning your griddle top improves the cooking performance, creates a non-stick surface, prevents damage, and deterioration due to moisture, and extends the life of your griddle. Sam's Club griddle
Works awesome perfect love how it's 3-D and I can turn the part to make sure it's the right direction and the right side or left side. Wish I would've had this years ago.
Sorry for the 1, never got to use even once 😔
We bbq daily however I purchased this so I can personally do big breakfasts when the grandkids are over and other stuff but I had my son %26 his friend that were in town put it together, my husband didn't want anything to do with it, he is 💯 smoking %26 bbq his meat, we also have the big green Egg so this was definitely for me. My son however has the Blackstone %26 this was fine with me however it remained unused for quite some time, the kids and grandkids were back in town %26 we went to load it up bc my granddaughter in law that married my fab grandson serving in the AirForce all in town 🙏 and she is going to make her amazing asada, we uncovered it and mind you it's dusty but never been used, Not once, the griddle is solid rust! The cover and fabric cover did not protect it. So fyi as soon as you get it cure it and I would even suggest removing it if you aren't going to use it much as the condensation will ruin it. It's now maybe 2 years old but still never used once. The replacement griddle is too much $ for me %26 hubby won't have anything to do with it. Otherwise the knobs and everything else has held up well, I've cleaned them to see how'd they look if I was to sell it and sure enough, beautiful. Hopefully I can powerblast the rust off idk, I'm so disappointed the covers didn't protect it. If you are familiar with cast iron it's like that. Like grandma's pans. You have to clean and dry immediately and cure with oil periodically. Hopefully I can add the photo later, it's rust edge to edge even though it was covered.

Assembly was easy. Seems sturdy and solid. The griddle is large and heavy, which is good. This is my first griddle, but I have used a cast iron plate on my pellet grill. First and only use so far after seasoning I made smash burgers. They turned out well, but the surface temp didn’t decrease with dials very well… kept a temp of 400 degrees. Still new though. Overall I’m satisfied.
Great griddle to get into the "griddle game" and once used to it, upgrading to a blackstone could be the next step. 4 stars because the top warped ever so slightly the first tike I fired it up, not a huge issue though. The side tables are kind of flimsy if 5lbs weight is put on them. The quality is not as great as a blackstone (had the 28" first) but will do, just make sure to season properly and take care of it at end of each cooking.
Pays for itself the first time you use it.
Best investment . I love habachi but its getting very expensive in this time and age. Every time I would go with the family of 4 it would be about $200 and as often as we like to eat it it adds up. So I decided to buy the grill. First time I used it it payed for itself. Now we use it at least 4 times a week . sometimes twice a day. I have my family eating more veggies and all around just healthier food. Easy to use easy to clean and everyone wants to join in to add thier two cents on the grill. Most times I'm pushed away by the kids and I just sit back and watch, This grill will bring the family together. The best part.
Amazing (Once assembled)
Once assembled , this is a GREAT addition to our outdoor cooking ensemble adding flexibility and range to our menu options. My impression of the assembly instructions are that they were written by people who either hadn't put one together themselves or have done so so many times that they didn't use instructions. I'd follow the advice of other reviewers and try downloading the assembly app. It may save you much aggravation and frustration with drawings that are confusing in their angles, directions and positions from which you must work to follow them as shown.
Leaks gas and defective burner. Worthless support
One burner started shooting large yellow flames a couple months after beginning use (as opposed to the typical blue flames that are controllable). Started having a strong propane odor near the grill and a tank will be depleted within a day or so if I don't turn off the valve on the tank now. Opened 2 support cases with Sam's club. They just referred me to vendor advice to clean the burners and check for leaks with soapy water. No help at all. The only other advice they offered is that I could pack up this big grill, get a truck and haul it to sams club to return it. I had hoped they would send parts but the support was entirely worthless. I'll just have to throw this one out and get a different brand grill.

Super easy
first time I use this type of tutorial it was really really helpful some of the video was a little dark so then you could just go to the instruction manual so it all worked hand in hand made it for an easy installation one of the easiest ones I've done as of late because some places now do not put words in their instructions just pictures so this was
Member's Mark is the way to go
I've been looking for a griddle for a while. Compared and watched videos until I finally went with known Member's Mark quality. So far this griddle has lived up to my expectations. Heats fast and makes cooking a breeze. My smash burgers turned out excellent. Making a huge stack of pancakes was easy. Seasoning the grill is very important. Take your time and do it right.
