Greatest griddle ever!

This is the best! We use it almost every day! We already had one but it’s getting a little old. Got this one to have on hand when needed!

Simple set up

Like how it went together with the nuts in place for screws. Seasonning process takes a while but was simple.

Griddle Fan

Great griddle. Love the fold up sides to make it more compact but allows for space to prep when ready to cook.

Definitely Buy One of These!

Really enjoy cooking on this griddle. Real fast is so much easier and pancakes are so much better on the griddle.

Some assembly required

I can't rate it yet because I haven't used it... I don't like the fact that I had to download an app and still use the instructions to put it together but it was pretty easy

I've had this grill for a few years now and i love it! The only problem is, I can't find grease catch trays big enough to fit it. I dont know where to get the ones for this grill.

I was hopeful

Returning this due to having the most important part wrong the griddle. Someone mixup the griddle that was supposed to go with this assembly. Wasted two hours building something gonna have to return.

Flat Iron Grill

Great grill! Really enjoy the flat grill. No lost food down the grates like the old one. Easy to assemble and season. Look forward to tryIng new recipes on it.

Almost as good as Blackstone

This works well, but definitely has "cool" spots in the corners and in the front. Takes a little getting used to, but does a great job cooking large meals. See attached thermal image for "hot" and "cool" spots.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We're happy to hear you're enjoying your Member's Mark 4 Burner Griddle.

The cooler spot you're noticing at the front of the griddle was a design choice for a few reasons. #1.The grease tray for this griddle is located at the front, so we didn't want there to be too much heat right around the grease tray in the event it gets full; we wanted to avoid the grease tray igniting.
#2. Some people are taller than others, so having too much heat at the front makes it difficult for shorter people (like myself) to lean over to reach the back of the griddle without burning ourselves.

Keeping the heat a few inches from the front solves both these issues, and at the same time allows the cook a cooler spot to put cooked items while they wait for others to finish a sort of "warming rack" for things like veggies or buns while they wait for the rest of their food. Hope this helps explains the design choice. Thank you for choosing Member's Mark!
