Service is terrible. I received this as a gift. I had a problem and tried to get a replacement part. They told me they do not back there products just the original buyer and they would not let me purchase any replacement parts. As for the product it’s self the steel is good the frame is flimsy. There are much better griddles out there for the same price.

I have had my eye on this griddle for some time. When it went on sale for $199 my wife bought for me for fathers day. It was packaged very well as there was no damage at all. I found it very easy to assemble...if you can use a phillips screwdriver you can put this together. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had it put together in about two hours taking a break once in a while. I only needed help getting the cook top out of the box and placed on top of the unit. It is machined very well as all the pieces lined up nicely. I would recommend a magnetic screwdriver...it will make assembly much easier. The cook top has a black residue on it so you will want to clean it really well before you season it. i ended up putting six coats of oil on my griddle and it turned a nice dark color. I tried using paper towels to spread the oil at first but they began to shred apart so I switched to a soft rag. The 36 inch cook top is huge. So far I have made fried rice, eggs and bacon and chicken tenders and fried potatoes. I even steamed veggies using the dome lid I purchased at Walmart. At $199 it is $200 less than a Blackstone and as far as I am concerned it is just as good. I already have a gas grill and a pellet grill so this will be a nice addition to my outdoor kitchen. If you have been wanting a griddle this great buy.

This is really a good looking griddle, but very poorly made. Nov 2024 I ordered one, by Jam 2025 I returned it . thought it was a fluke,so I returned that one and Sam's replaced it with a brand new one. After a couple months screws begian to fall out, parts cam loose. This is a great grill if you put it in one place and NEVER MOVE IT. Or else it will fall apart

Assembly required about 2 quality hours with my teenage son. The welds for ghe wheel assembly broke during the first seasoning and the griddle nearly fell on its back while hot. stabilized it with brick supports and cooked some decent burgers later that evening. Will update review after I hear back from customer support.

Just bought this today, I'm very excited to put this together season it and cook on it. For $152 I can't see this not being a great deal. Looks to be equivalent of the other makes and models but at a much lower price point. Came with a cover and scraper as well. Anticipating grilling on this bad boy. Very happy finding this great deal.

Very difficult to assemble. Directions are hard to follow.

pretty straightforward setup. it took me about 2 hrs to finish myself. can't wait to try fire it up.

If I could give no stars-I would. Bought this 2 months ago for Father's Day and this is what I come out to find today, July 27th. Complete disappointment!

We bbq daily however I purchased this so I can personally do big breakfasts when the grandkids are over and other stuff but I had my son %26 his friend that were in town put it together, my husband didn't want anything to do with it, he is 💯 smoking %26 bbq his meat, we also have the big green Egg so this was definitely for me. My son however has the Blackstone %26 this was fine with me however it remained unused for quite some time, the kids and grandkids were back in town %26 we went to load it up bc my granddaughter in law that married my fab grandson serving in the AirForce all in town 🙏 and she is going to make her amazing asada, we uncovered it and mind you it's dusty but never been used, Not once, the griddle is solid rust! The cover and fabric cover did not protect it. So fyi as soon as you get it cure it and I would even suggest removing it if you aren't going to use it much as the condensation will ruin it. It's now maybe 2 years old but still never used once. The replacement griddle is too much $ for me %26 hubby won't have anything to do with it. Otherwise the knobs and everything else has held up well, I've cleaned them to see how'd they look if I was to sell it and sure enough, beautiful. Hopefully I can powerblast the rust off idk, I'm so disappointed the covers didn't protect it. If you are familiar with cast iron it's like that. Like grandma's pans. You have to clean and dry immediately and cure with oil periodically. Hopefully I can add the photo later, it's rust edge to edge even though it was covered.

grill is great. 2 things hard to light the burner and where do i find the aluminum drip pans?
