The grills wiring caught on fire after 3 uses. We went to use it and it started smelling weird, immediately turned the propane off and noticed it was the wiring that had caught on fire.

I purchased this on a whim, and I'm glad I did. I thought it was fun to assemble (others may disagree). It works great! It was easy to season. Some complained about the grease trap hole being up front, but I don't mind its placement. My only REAL complaint is that they didn't use spinning casters for all four corners. Two stationary casters makes moving it slightly more difficult (have to pick up the end and swing it around).

I was resistant to buying a griddle, I had looked at portable/removable tops that you put on regular grills, but I was not impressed by what I found. At this price, it is pretty much a no brainer if you are looking to add griddle cooking to your outdoor cooking capabilities. I put it together myself in about 2.5 hours. Made multiple dumb mistakes with the legs backwards and such. Relatively easy to assemble overall. The top is heavy (of course) and a second person would be a plus. Seasoned it in with grapeseed oil. I think vegetable oil would have been fine or maybe better in retrospect, but it seasoned up nicely after 3 good smoke sessions. It gets HOT. On high, 80 degree day, mild wind, it was over 600 F. On low, it doesn't go much lower than 400 F with all 4 burners running. I've done burgers and breakfast on it (bacon, eggs, pancakes) and its worked great. I really like the size. If I were to complain about anything it would be the grease opening is pretty small. The foldover shelves work fine and the cover has a couple of velcro straps to help it pinch down so it cannot be blown off by the wind.

I've had this griddle for about a month now and have cooked a dozen+ meals on it. It's a great grill for the price and way better than the same size Blackstone at this price point. Pros: The lid that turns into shelves gives you a lot of prep space, yet folded up, the griddle takes up about the same storage space as the 22" Blackstone with side shelf that it replaced. I love that this griddle gives you 180-degree rotation on the knobs vs. the 90-degree turn of a BS - gives you a lot more temperature control. The included canvas cover was surprisingly high-quality. I also loved that the burners came pre-installed, so i didn't have to mess with that. This one will crank up the heat - I had the surface at well over 600 degrees for seasoning. Cons: Per other reviews, the included instructions aren't great and assembly is a chore. Also, because of the grease trap location, the front of the griddle does not get really hot, so your actual cooking area is less than a griddle with the trap in the back. I guess this could be considered a "pro" since it gives you a dedicated warming zone - but I might be stretching here. I did have trouble getting the seasoning right in that area, though. Bottom line: This could be one of the best griddles of this size for the price. It gives you plenty of room to work, yet takes little space to store. It can get really hot. But also allows you to control that heat better than other griddles I've used. Get you one!

Purchased a month ago and have been using it regularly. Very easy to assemble if you follow the included instructions both the written and picture assembly instructions. Built in a few hours taking my time to ensure I completely followed the steps in order. Follow the seasoning instructions closely as well. Once you have it seasoned it is a great grill very easy to control temps and clean after use. It does a great job on burgers, cheese steaks and everything else we have tried. Excellent layout of burners and cleanup drain with plenty of space to cook on.

WE’RE OBSESSED WITH THIS GRILL! For the price, it’s an absolute game-changer. Cooking on it is so much fun, we’ve made so many meals, I’m honestly tempted to move it inside (don’t worry, I won’t… probably 😜). Seriously, ditch your boring old "grill" grills and go for a griddle grill—you’ll find excuses to cook every day, even when it’s freezing! 🥶🔥

If you want a Blackstone type griddle, this is great. My wife got this for me for my birthday and I love it. Assembly takes some time but the directions and the app are pretty easy to follow. Once it is seasoned you are good to go. I’ve used mine and then used my in-laws blackstone while on vacation and I prefer mine. The heating is pretty even and I live that it also came with a cover. You won’t regret this purchase.

I ordered this gas griddle on line and it arrived in just a few days. When I opened the package the griddle was very well packaged and the grill seemed like it was of good quality. While checking the many parts against the parts list I found the hardware package (all of the nuts, bolts, screws, etc) was missing. I called the number supplied for missing parts and was told the hardware package is back ordered for over 2 months. I was able to throw everything back in the box and returned it local club without a problem. What I don't understand is why they sold the griddle when the parts needed to assemble it is not available. That is unacceptable. Sam's Club should do better. I have 3 stars as a neutral rating a I never got a chance to use the griddle.

Best investment . I love habachi but its getting very expensive in this time and age. Every time I would go with the family of 4 it would be about $200 and as often as we like to eat it it adds up. So I decided to buy the grill. First time I used it it payed for itself. Now we use it at least 4 times a week . sometimes twice a day. I have my family eating more veggies and all around just healthier food. Easy to use easy to clean and everyone wants to join in to add thier two cents on the grill. Most times I'm pushed away by the kids and I just sit back and watch, This grill will bring the family together. The best part.
