best investment I have ever made. was a little difficult to assemble for an 80 year old. I have cooked alot of meals on it. only thing I haven't been able to cook is biscuit %26 gravy.

I really like it. Is what I wanted. It is well built. The only complaint is that I'm missing apart. I'm hoping to call tomorrow during business hours so they can ship it before Father's Day.

After owning this griddle for about a month, I absolutely love it. I use it about 4-5 times a week. While the assembly is a long process, it's definitely worth the effort.

I recently purchased this griddle and have been very pleased with its performance. It is sturdy, simple to use and reaches cooking temperature quickly, my cooking experience was good and like the quality.

This Member's Mark 4-Burner Gas Griddle is as good or even better than the Blackstone Flat Top Griddle, the actual proof is in the quality of this Member's Mark 4-Burner Gas Griddle besides the way it is built the quality of each part is pretty impressive along with its functionality.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I called in about a bad gas regulator on 9/29/2025. I was told that there were issues getting replacement parts due to the tariffs that were put into place and they need time to relocate their warranty parts. At that time they said it would take a few weeks. Requested an update on 12/14/2025 and they told me the parts were on backorder until the end of January 2026. They also referred me to the Sam's Club returns policy in case I wanted to return it. Like I can just throw this 120lb griddle into the trunk of my car..... It's not like this is a specialty part either. They could have walked over to almost any box store and bought a replacement for $10-$20 dollars. I expect better from Sam's Club. Hopefully the part will show up in another week or two. I hate to hear what the next estimate will be.

If you want a Blackstone type griddle, this is great. My wife got this for me for my birthday and I love it. Assembly takes some time but the directions and the app are pretty easy to follow. Once it is seasoned you are good to go. I've used mine and then used my in-laws blackstone while on vacation and I prefer mine. The heating is pretty even and I live that it also came with a cover. You won't regret this purchase.

I've had this griddle for about a month now and have cooked a dozen+ meals on it. It's a great grill for the price and way better than the same size Blackstone at this price point. Pros: The lid that turns into shelves gives you a lot of prep space, yet folded up, the griddle takes up about the same storage space as the 22" Blackstone with side shelf that it replaced. I love that this griddle gives you 180-degree rotation on the knobs vs. the 90-degree turn of a BS - gives you a lot more temperature control. The included canvas cover was surprisingly high-quality. I also loved that the burners came pre-installed, so i didn't have to mess with that. This one will crank up the heat - I had the surface at well over 600 degrees for seasoning. Cons: Per other reviews, the included instructions aren't great and assembly is a chore. Also, because of the grease trap location, the front of the griddle does not get really hot, so your actual cooking area is less than a griddle with the trap in the back. I guess this could be considered a "pro" since it gives you a dedicated warming zone - but I might be stretching here. I did have trouble getting the seasoning right in that area, though. Bottom line: This could be one of the best griddles of this size for the price. It gives you plenty of room to work, yet takes little space to store. It can get really hot. But also allows you to control that heat better than other griddles I've used. Get you one!

I ordered this gas griddle on line and it arrived in just a few days. When I opened the package the griddle was very well packaged and the grill seemed like it was of good quality. While checking the many parts against the parts list I found the hardware package (all of the nuts, bolts, screws, etc) was missing. I called the number supplied for missing parts and was told the hardware package is back ordered for over 2 months. I was able to throw everything back in the box and returned it local club without a problem. What I don't understand is why they sold the griddle when the parts needed to assemble it is not available. That is unacceptable. Sam's Club should do better. I have 3 stars as a neutral rating a I never got a chance to use the griddle.
