Not a Blackstone but it's a great griddle! I be on it every weekend doing breakfast to hibachi and it doesn't disappoint. Well worth the price!

Assembly instructions done very well, an easy build. After first usage, pretty impressed with this purchase.

The griddle pieces were not labeled when trying to put together. Item is nice but not easy to assemble

So far used to cook 2 times and its doing the job well enough. I'm new to flat tops and the seasoning process but I'm having a hard time seasoning evenly. Either I'm doing something wrong or it's heating unevenly.

some parts excellent. Like 3D options. But there is not much text. A major text issue is orientation of battery for igniter. This critical for operation.

Awesome griddle, gets very hot for searing. I own a blackstone and it is very similar. It does need locktight on all the screws if you will be moving it constantly.

buy this, buy it now. the box weighs 180lbs so get a dolly or some help, but either way, you need to get it. as good as a blackstone - actually a little better due to higher btu it heats up faster, and the area to the sides of grill dont get very hot, which is a main complaint for blackstone owners. thermal management is very well designed on this one. Cleaning and seasoning is easy, super non stick after the first seasoning. for large families it's amazing, imagine cooking all your food at once and getting to sit down as a family and eating together and the food is still hot! you can make a lot of food all at once on this and the first epiphany i had was how nice it is to sit down and eat with everyone and not still be waiting on the last of the food to finish. really awesome cooking appliance

The parts in the box were not labeled or were labeled incorrectly. The video keeps referring to parts by their part number, such as A3. But we had to find parts based on the pictures. Some parts had a left and right or back and front counterpart and it made everything more difficult than it needed to be. The only parts actually labeled were the hardware, screws and nuts and such. The wrench provided was used in one step. It did not fit the nuts provided. We had to use our own wrench and screwdriver, which is fine, but it felt like including the wrench was a prank as it was almost completely useless.
