[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been feeding my dogs Purina's Dog Chow for about 11 years now. They started off with the Puppy Chow and are now on Dog Chow. Always trusted Purina Dog Chow. My dogs love them and gets super excited when I bring a bag home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog seems to enjoy the food and he looks good, he always cleans his bowl and to me that is a good sign. I also have a smaller house dog and I buy the one for small dogs, small bites and she likes her food also.

I have been feeding my dogs Dog Chow for several years. Its is the best over the counter food for them. They maintain a health weight and their fur is always extra soft. I also babysit by cousins dog on occasion and she had to switch to Dog Chow since her dog wouldn't eat the other food she was on after she started eating my dogs food!

I have used Purina Dog Chow for over 30 years. My husband and I ran a small rescue for many years, and would only feed Purina Dog Chow. All our rescue dogs thrived on your product. Even now, retired and still having 17 dogs, Purina Dog Chow it the food that keeps all my dogs healthy and happy. I must say, as much as I love your food, I don't like the photo on your new bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last year sometime because one of my rescues was having issues with the other dry food I was using and she loved it. all of my 4 dogs are 12 and 13 years old and they nibble at this food all day long. I am glad I found something affordable that my dogs love so much.

My family has always used purina dog chow for as long as I can remember. When I got my own dog I decided that was what I was going to feed her. She likes it and have had no issues up until this last bag I bought. I have found larvae of some sort in it. I saw it in her bowl and freaked out. Then I seen it in the rest of her dog food. I am udderly disappointed and disgusted. I shouldn’t have to worry about what I feed my fur baby. I shouldn’t have to worry about larvae being in a bag of dog food. I looked through our other two dogs food (one is the same brand the other is not) all are stored in the same area. So this is something subject to the bag I purchased. When I looked up if anyone else has had this problem they said that they have! What a horrible and shameful thing to do!

I've been buying big bags of Purina pro plan from Petco but not only were my two border collies getting sick of it, the price kept going up. Not sure what took me to long to check out the options at Sam's Club but I finally did and the dogs are SO excited everytime I pick up their bowls to fill it up. Can't beat the price either. Happy pups, happy mama and happy bank account!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My eldest canine is five years old and this is the only dog food that I feel comfortable with her eating. I have to younger dogs who went from Puppy Chow to Dog Chow and they love it. My youngest made his own decision to switch when my daughter left out a bowl of Dog Chow he tried it and did not want to eat Puppy Chow anymore lol All in all we love Purina brand pet food.

I’ve bought this brand of food for my dog several times. Each time he got the runs. First time (and I change brands often for him. He’s a picky eater if he doesn’t have a switch up so his tolerance of diet changes are pretty strong) he had massive diarrhea. I didn’t think anything of it the first time, the probability of the diet change plays a possibility. But this has happened to him each time I got this brand. Thanks Purina.
