I have noticed when my dog hasn't had her dog chow she is so grumpy, but after she is energized and ready to go! This helps both of us get our work out in. She gets so exited once I pull out that dog chow. It's like her most favorite part of the day! Thank You Purina!

Purina Dog Chow is 'The' dog food of choice in our family. When growing up we had dogs and the ONLY dog food my parents purchased was Purina Dog Chow. So when the time came for my husband and I to buy our first dog her dog food we also went for the Purina Dog Chow. The dogs always have a shiny silky coat. They're healthy and active. Never had any problems that could be traced back to the dog food. And actually, I've had the Vet ask what I feed my girls since they do look so good and are so healthy.

We fostered through our local rescue group for five years & approximately fostered 50 dogs and we have never had a problem! Sparky knows when his food arrives from the store! He knows the sound of the bag and sniffs the bag while wagging his tail! He always enjoys eating this dog food and will let me know if would like more! He has been fed Dog Chow brand since he was a puppy...

This product is advertised as a dog food made with real chicken and no fillers. This is EXTREMELY misleading- just look at the ingredient list. First one is corn- this IS a filler. also corn and corn meal = the same exact thing. Corn is NOT easily digestible by dogs, but this food is made up mostly by it. Not to mention, chicken is the 7th ingredient on this list (after beef fat and poultry by-products- which can include skin,bones,feathers,etc). This company is making crap food to save their bottom line!

All my dogs have been raised on Purina Dog Chow from the puppy stage to the Complete Adult. The Complete Adult formula provides my dog with enough vitamins and minerals to keep her healthy; also she loves the chicken flavor food. She is 11 years old but still acts like a puppy!
