[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been feeding this to my dogs for years . Tried switching but always have gone back to Purina. I have 5 dogs & buy quite a bit of dog food & Purina is very well priced & I get a lot for my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We buy the dog chow, puppy chow and the small dog bags. We have 20 dogs because we keep taking in strays. We go through about 5 of the 16.5- 18 pound bags a week. Our dogs scarf it down and are healthy and full. This is the only dry dog food that we buy.

I don’t even know where to begin to tell you guys about this food… My dog (Marles, 9 years old) has been very fat all his life. He has always eaten dog kibble and been very happy! We decided to spice his taste buds up and give him this, WORST mistake of our lives. It started off slow, he loved it so much… Then the night came, my poor Mario threw up and pooped everywhere all night. It was ENDLESS amounts. My poor baby is a tiny dog, so once he ate this he was struggling. It has been a week and he is still pooping all over my floors, he’s even pooping right now! I will NEVER be purchasing this sorry excuse of doggy chow ever again. Purina, get it together before my dog gets sick for real. I haven’t slept in 2 days because he is constantly pooping everywhere, I’m going to have to replace my carpet he just couldn’t hold it in. My children have stepped in it and we have wasted so much soap cleaning EVERYONE (Dog included).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy this each month for my 3 dogs and they and I really love it. I like that it's made with chicken. The store was completely out one time and we had to buy a different brand that was supposed to be just like it and all 3 dogs hated it and when we brought this back home they all chowed down.

We have been using this brand of food for years this we recently bought our last bag which has caused both my dogs to get really sick. I don’t know if they changed something in their ingredients and yes as I also read on one of the reviews the bags were easier to open before

She runs up and down the steps and plays with our second bigger, rescue dog that we got as a pup 3 years ago. She is fit and healthy and has always been so. I will only use Purina.

We have been using Purina Dog Chow for decades. We have used Purina for all of our dogs, some of which are no longer with us. I trust the name Purina for our cat food also. As the years have passed us by, we have seen many brands that have been recalled for numerous reasons. None of these brands have been Purina. Our animals are our family and we choose to keep them healthy, Purina has proven to us that they do just that. Thank you for caring about our furry family members.

We have 7 dogs so you can imagine how much dog food we purchase! We raise and sell labs and we have always fed our labs and puppies Purina. Our dogs are healthy and happy. We joined Purina Pro Club and being able to use our points for the dog food checks is great. We also always give our new puppy parents the great puppy folders from Purina so they can give their new puppy a healthy start! And our puppies love Purina Puppy Chow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters dog was a rescue that had been treated for heartworms and his stomach was very sensitive. He was able to eat the Purina Dog Chow with no problems, so I decided to feed it to all the dogs. She had 3 and I had 2 and when she brought them over it was easy to feed all of them the same. Nice to know that I could take care of all of the with just one dog food.

When I got my puppy, I wanted to feed him the 'best'. I slowly introduced several of the 'natural' and grain free products, but his belly objected to them all. I finally decided to try the dog chow (green bag), and he had no problems at all! Not a fan of all the ingredients that he wouldn't be eating in his natural diet, but those things seem to be too rich for him. Recently I tried to upgrade him to Purina One. Even a small amount mixed into his regular food upset him, so I guess I'll be sticking with what works!
