So far I love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung NE63A6751SG/AA electric range positions itself as a versatile and stylish appliance designed for the contemporary kitchen. Featuring a large capacity oven, a smooth top electric range, and integrated smart technology, it aims to simplify and enhance the cooking experience for busy households and home chefs alike. Key Features & Performance: 6.3 cu. ft. Large Capacity Oven: Pros: This is a standout feature. The generous interior effortlessly accommodates large roasts, multiple baking sheets, or an entire holiday meal. It's fantastic for entertaining or batch cooking, reducing the need for multiple cooking cycles. Performance: Generally heats evenly, especially with the convection feature engaged. True Convection: Pros: Unlike standard convection ovens that just use a fan to circulate heated air, "True" or "Fan" convection often includes a third heating element around the fan. This design ensures more consistent and rapid heat distribution, leading to faster cooking times and more uniform results (e.g., perfectly browned cookies, crisper roasted vegetables). Performance: Excellent for baking, roasting, and multi-rack cooking. Reduces hot spots and improves overall food quality. Built-in Air Fry: Pros: This is a major selling point for many. The dedicated Air Fry mode leverages high-heat circulation to create crispy, fried-like textures with little to no oil. It's a healthier alternative to deep-frying and is incredibly convenient for foods like fries, wings, and frozen snacks. Performance: Does a commendable job of air frying, producing satisfyingly crisp results. Consideration: An Air Fry tray (often sold separately) is highly recommended for optimal circulation and results, as using a standard baking sheet can limit performance. Flexible Cooktop: Pros: The smooth ceramic glass cooktop typically features multiple elements with varying sizes and power levels, including a rapid boil burner and often a warming zone or a sync burner. This flexibility allows for cooking with different sized pots and pans simultaneously, and the rapid boil element genuinely speeds up water boiling. Cleaning: The smooth surface is easier to wipe down than traditional coil burners, contributing to a cleaner kitchen aesthetic. Performance: Elements heat up quickly and provide decent temperature control for most cooking tasks. SmartThings Wi-Fi Connectivity & Voice Control: Pros: Integrating with Samsung's SmartThings ecosystem, this range offers impressive smart capabilities. You can preheat the oven remotely via your smartphone, monitor cooking progress, adjust temperatures, and even troubleshoot. It's also compatible with voice assistants like Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant for hands-free control. Convenience: Great for busy multi-taskers or those who want to start dinner on the way home. Recipe Integration: Some models can sync with smart recipes, automatically setting the oven for you. Design & Aesthetics: Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel: The "SG" in the model number denotes Samsung's popular Black Stainless Steel finish. It's sleek, modern, and significantly reduces visible smudges and fingerprints compared to traditional stainless steel, making it easier to maintain a pristine look. Freestanding Design: This standard design allows it to fit easily into most kitchen layouts, with controls typically located on a backguard panel. Large Digital Display & Knobs: Offers a blend of traditional knob controls for stovetop burners and a clear digital touchpad for oven functions, striking a balance between intuitive physical control and modern touch interface. User Experience & Ease of Use: Intuitive Controls: For basic cooking, the range is straightforward to use. The knobs for the stovetop are tactile, and the digital oven controls are generally responsive. Learning Curve for Smart Features: While highly beneficial, setting up Wi-Fi and integrating with SmartThings might require a bit of initial effort for less tech-savvy users. Once configured, it's very convenient. Cooktop Maintenance: While easy to wipe down, ceramic glass cooktops do require specific cleaning solutions and regular maintenance to prevent permanent staining or scratching, especially after spills or boil-overs. Burnt-on food needs immediate attention. Oven Cleaning: Typically includes a self-clean cycle (pyrolytic clean) for heavy-duty grime and sometimes a steam clean option for lighter messes, offering flexibility. Potential Considerations: Air Fry Tray: As mentioned, plan on purchasing a dedicated air fry basket for the best results, as it's often not included. Cooktop Durability: Like all smooth glass cooktops, it can be susceptible to scratches or chipping if heavy pots are dropped or dragged across the surface. Preheat Time: While convection helps, a 6.3 cu. ft. oven can still take a noticeable amount of time to reach higher temperatures, especially from cold. Storage Drawer: Samsung's storage drawers, common in many ranges, are sometimes reported as being a bit flimsy or shallow compared to older models. Value Proposition: The Samsung NE63A6751SG/AA offers a strong balance of features, performance, and modern design at a competitive price point within the mid-to-high range electric stove market. It's an excellent choice for: Families: The large oven capacity is ideal for preparing meals for more people. Health-conscious cooks: The built-in Air Fry feature is a major draw. Tech-savvy individuals: Those who appreciate the convenience of smart home integration. Anyone looking for a stylish upgrade: The Black Stainless Steel finish elevates kitchen aesthetics. Conclusion: The Samsung NE63A6751SG/AA electric range is a highly capable and visually appealing appliance that delivers on its promises. Its standout features like the large convection oven, integrated Air Fry function, and robust smart capabilities make it a strong contender for anyone looking to modernize their kitchen and cooking experience. While the cooktop requires diligent care and the air fry tray is often an extra purchase, these are minor points when weighed against the overall convenience, performance, and stylish design this range offers. It's a solid investment for those seeking a feature-rich and smart cooking solution.
Our second Flex Duo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our second Flex Duo! We recently bought a second home and the appliances were a bit dated. Got a great deal on fridge, microwave, and our flex duo range, Very happy with the color match of all appliances The fact that they all have the technology to connect to the internet and give us notices is awesome as well. The range has great capacity as well.
Amazing smart features and love the air fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo has completely transformed my kitchen experience. The sheer Capacity of the 6.3 cu. ft. oven is incredible, easily handling multiple dishes at once, which is perfect for large family meals. The Flexibility is the biggest game-changer; the Flex Duo feature allows me to split the oven into two separate cooking zones at different temperatures, effectively giving me two ovens in one! The overall Functionality is outstanding—the built-in No-Preheat Air Fry feature is a total win for healthier, crispy favorites, and the included griddle is perfect for weekend breakfasts. Beyond performance, the sleek stainless steel Design is beautiful and truly elevates the look of my kitchen, plus the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps it looking clean. Finally, the Technology integration with the SmartThings app is fantastic, allowing me to monitor and control the oven right from my phone. This range is an essential 5-star appliance!
Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LIKES: I really enjoy the connectivity of the range. Being able to see if you left it on when not at home or being able to warm something up remotely is very helpful. The stove top is easy to clean, heats quickly and evenly. Same for the oven. Being able to cook two different items on separate settings is nice, too. COULD DO BETTER: The griddle slides on the glass top making it difficult to work the food without holding onto it.
Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love my new Samsung range! After 9 years in my home, this purchase makes it feel like I just did a full kitchen renovation. The design is sleek, the performance is excellent, and I couldn't be happier that I finally decided to upgrade.
Duo Oven is the only oven we'll own
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Samsung Duo so much that when we needed a new stove for a second home we bought a second one! Love how quickly both ovens heat up and the convection mode is the best. We will never own anything but a Samsung range.
All good, except for the griddle...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is very nice looking and performs well. The only thing Samsung missed was the usage of the griddle. The griddle slides around on the cooking surface very easily, making it somewhat difficult to use when you have to use a spatula to flip a pancake, etc. It would have been better and safer if the griddle would either lock into a groove on the cooktop or at least had som non slip foot pads on it. Had that been better implemented, it would have been a 5 star review!
Very Good Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range to replace a 20 year old tried and true gas range that had finally started showing its age. Went with the convection/gas option and very glad we did. Functionality is excellent. Takes some getting used to especially when using convection on reliable family recipes, but the cook is so much better and faster. The split oven is more than a gimmick, works nicely if you follow the proper guidance and instructions. Very versatile. Fit and finish are very good as well, matches our other black stainless Samsung appliances flawlessly. Wish there was a wee bit more stainless on the front sides as you will notice the difference if protruding a little further out from your cabinets. When using the lower part of the oven separately that takes getting used to as it is lower than what you will be used to and the warming drawer at the very bottom is so low, I don't see ever using it for more than just storage. Definitely would recommend overall.
Horrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago. The product is great but Samsung is out sourcing vendors to install the product with out the proper tools. I paid for instalation and product was not installed. Very disappointed and I will continue to share this with as meny people as possible. I call because I had a small dent on the bottom drawer and they would not replace it after 3 weeks.

Excellent Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all, this is a great range. The cooktop is versatile, the oven capabilities are great. There are a couple of minor issues I have. 1: The notifications (Preheat, Timer, Cook Complete etc.) are sort of annoying. They play a little song. Which is fine, but it plays 3 times over and is pretty excessive. You can turn it off, but then it doesn't play any notification. Would be nice if it would just play a beep tone instead. 2: I have noticed a few times that when trying to preheat the oven, it will not allow me to enter the desired cook temp. I've noticed the issue while having the oven separator in place and without. When in place, I open the oven and slide out the separator which causes the oven to cancel/reset. Then everything is fine. When not using the separator, the resolution is essentially the same, just a bit more difficult to accomplish while the separator is not in place.
