The sheer Capacity of the 6.3 cu. ft. oven is incredible, easily handling multiple dishes at once, which is perfect for large family meals. ​The Flexibility is the biggest game-changer; the Flex Duo feature allows me to split the oven into two separate cooking zones at different temperatures, effectively giving me two ovens in one! The overall Functionality is outstanding—the built-in No-Preheat Air Fry feature is a total win for healthier, crispy favorites, and the included griddle is perfect for weekend breakfasts. ​Beyond performance, the sleek stainless steel Design is beautiful and truly elevates the look of my kitchen, plus the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps it looking clean. Finally, the Technology integration with the SmartThings app is fantastic, allowing me to monitor and control the oven right from my phone. This range is an essential 5-star appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago. The product is great but Samsung is out sourcing vendors to install the product with out the proper tools. I paid for instalation and product was not installed. Very disappointed and I will continue to share this with as meny people as possible. I call because I had a small dent on the bottom drawer and they would not replace it after 3 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all, this is a great range. The cooktop is versatile, the oven capabilities are great. There are a couple of minor issues I have. 1: The notifications (Preheat, Timer, Cook Complete etc.) are sort of annoying. They play a little song. Which is fine, but it plays 3 times over and is pretty excessive. You can turn it off, but then it doesn't play any notification. Would be nice if it would just play a beep tone instead. 2: I have noticed a few times that when trying to preheat the oven, it will not allow me to enter the desired cook temp. I've noticed the issue while having the oven separator in place and without. When in place, I open the oven and slide out the separator which causes the oven to cancel/reset. Then everything is fine. When not using the separator, the resolution is essentially the same, just a bit more difficult to accomplish while the separator is not in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range to replace a 20 year old tried and true gas range that had finally started showing its age. Went with the convection/gas option and very glad we did. Functionality is excellent. Takes some getting used to especially when using convection on reliable family recipes, but the cook is so much better and faster. The split oven is more than a gimmick, works nicely if you follow the proper guidance and instructions. Very versatile. Fit and finish are very good as well, matches our other black stainless Samsung appliances flawlessly. Wish there was a wee bit more stainless on the front sides as you will notice the difference if protruding a little further out from your cabinets. When using the lower part of the oven separately that takes getting used to as it is lower than what you will be used to and the warming drawer at the very bottom is so low, I don't see ever using it for more than just storage. Definitely would recommend overall.

I regret buying the Samsung gas cooking range. The build quality feels flimsy from the start, and after just about a year of use, the knobs started coming loose. It takes turning the knob 2–3 times just to get the flame going, which is really frustrating for daily cooking. The touch buttons are non responsive most of the time. For the price, I expected much better durability and performance. Definitely disappointing and not worth the investment.

We have had this range for about a year. We were initially attracted to this unit because of the styling and the versatility of having the two separate sections in the oven. So far: -The stovetop elements seem to heat up nicely. -The controls definitely take getting used to but are often counter-intuitive. -The oven sections when used with the divider, do not heat evenly and you can wind up with burnt bottoms and undercooked tops, etc... -The glass cooktop is an absolute nightmare to keep clean and free from scratches, even if you follow their instructions exactly. The cooktop seems to stain and no amount of elbow grease with the glass cooktop cleaner will correct it. -Samsung does not stand behind this product when you request service. They will claim that everything is cosmetic and they do not warranty anything cosmetic. So don't be wowed by the appearance of this range because when the surfaces don't hold up, Samsung won't help you. -After some discussion with Samsung, they did replace two knobs that were losing their finish but wouldn't budge with the cooktop. Customer service representative will just continuously apologize for any inconvenience, tell you how important your satisfaction is and then repeat the phrase that their technical team said that problem is cosmetic and they do not cover any cosmetic problems and then do nothing to help you.

I've had this stove for two years and overall it's okay but three of the knobs have broken and Samsung refuses to replace or make a better knob. More importantly, it's very easy to unknowingly brush against a knob and have gas seeping. My frustration is paired with multiple breakdowns from Samsung products all around the 1.5 year mark. I'm not sold on the quality of their products and can not recommend them.
