I like my range a lot but I am upset that you do not get a manual for using it and cooking with it. I looked on line and it's crazy trying to find it. When you pay this much money I think you should at least get a manual!

Being able to see if you left it on when not at home or being able to warm something up remotely is very helpful. The stove top is easy to clean, heats quickly and evenly. Same for the oven. Being able to cook two different items on separate settings is nice, too. COULD DO BETTER: The griddle slides on the glass top making it difficult to work the food without holding onto it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it 5 stars if the glass top didn't crack after 8 months of use (because of some glitch - couple burners couldn't control set temperature). We got the top replaced under Samsung warranty by a professional specialist. Now the stove works with no issues, hope it'll stay the same for a long time!

With the double oven and air fryer all in one, there are numerous options and with the Smarter Things Application I can received updates when I'm not in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is very nice looking and performs well. The only thing Samsung missed was the usage of the griddle. The griddle slides around on the cooking surface very easily, making it somewhat difficult to use when you have to use a spatula to flip a pancake, etc. It would have been better and safer if the griddle would either lock into a groove on the cooktop or at least had som non slip foot pads on it. Had that been better implemented, it would have been a 5 star review!

Got a great deal on fridge, microwave, and our flex duo range, Very happy with the color match of all appliances The fact that they all have the technology to connect to the internet and give us notices is awesome as well. The range has great capacity as well.

Had the 65 variant for 2 years then the oven quit.........C-F2 code found the control panel had burnt where the serial cable connects from button panel........I hardly use the oven so it's a shock that this could happen.....$900 down the drain....why? Because you can't find parts for this piece of dung probably because these panels are going out everywhere......Then I thought why invest 250 dollars when the new panel will probably quit also.....better to cut my losses now and throw this thing in the trash.....don't buy look around on the internet you will see the nightmare of owning one of these gigantic piles of junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great oven! It's like having 2 separate ovens in one. We use it to cook two different dishes at once, and they always cook evenly. We also love the built-in air fryer. No more pulling out the separate air fryer and cluttering up the counter. It looks really nice, as ovens go. We love the split door feature also. All around, it's a perfect appliance for us.
