Duo Oven is the only oven we’ll own
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Samsung Duo so much that when we needed a new stove for a second home we bought a second one! Love how quickly both ovens heat up and the convection mode is the best. We will never own anything but a Samsung range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great oven! It's like having 2 separate ovens in one. We use it to cook two different dishes at once, and they always cook evenly. We also love the built-in air fryer. No more pulling out the separate air fryer and cluttering up the counter. It looks really nice, as ovens go. We love the split door feature also. All around, it's a perfect appliance for us.
Flex Duo Gas Range - Woohoo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove. The duo-flex feature is great for baking on two different temperatures. One of the reasons I purchased stainless steel was because I could not keep my ceramic top clean. Well, you see every drop on this stove and it is easy to keep clean. Love it.
Awesome features, tough buttons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a stove with so many capabilities (including WiFi) is awesome! I can totally use the app to connect (just wish I could actually hit start). It’s a beautiful stove also and cooks nicely. I also love when cleaning it, you can pick up all three pieces with ease to wipe underneath unlike the previous version. My only other suggestion is to make the buttons on the stove itself easier to push, I feel like I have to hit it several times to set the start button or timer. We had this issue wi uh our previous Samsung stove too so I guess it’s just how they are made.

The design is sleek, the performance is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier that I finally decided to upgrade.
FIRE! STOVETOP ON FIRE! HAVE A EXTINGUISHER NEARBY
If you want to keep your family safe DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN. IT LITERALLY CAUGHT ON FIRE JULY 4TH. THEY CALLED IT COSMETIC DAMAGE. I have contacted them 27 times. Literally 27 times. I have cried and just beat myself up for buying this junk. $1,200 just gone. Check out these pictures you guys. If you spill a tiny bit of sauce on the cooktop you are stuck with the burn marks for life. The technician couldn't even get it off with a razor and steam. The very first time we used it we dripped. All good cooks make a mess. The stovetop literally sucks the juice into its surface and will not let it go. Also speaking of drips, there are two panes of glass that have a gap between them in the door. It's up by the handle. If you're wiping off your stove and you have a little bit extra soapy water on the rag, be sure you don't get any between those pieces of glass! There is no way to clean it unless you find some type of contraption. Now it looks like my picture. Gross. Then the final coup de gras, we grilled steaks with the griddle that came with it. Fourth of July was looking great. Steaks were cooked to real perfection. Turned off the burner, ate my steak, came back and gently slid the griddle to the other side of the oven to finish cooling off. No grease on the griddle left nothing to spill off the griddle onto the cooktop just the plain griddle itself. The moment I gently dragged it to the other side it caught on fire. The burner literally sent a huge flame that burned the fan filter on my microwave. I called them scared! I couldn't believe it. My husband has COPD very very bad. It smoked so bad in this house that he had to go outside for 2 hours. No lie. It's like they won't do anything about it unless you get a third degree burn. I sent them everything. I just can't get over it. How evil. Now we can't use it because we're afraid it's going to burn our house down. It's like I'm an alternate universe with these people. I'm working with my bank to try and dispute the charges with these pictures. I wonder if it would be worth paying a lawyer just for the purpose of showing Samsung they can't do this to people. These things are catching on fire! Please pray for us. And please don't buy this.

Cheap material
I regret buying the Samsung gas cooking range. The build quality feels flimsy from the start, and after just about a year of use, the knobs started coming loose. It takes turning the knob 2–3 times just to get the flame going, which is really frustrating for daily cooking. The touch buttons are non responsive most of the time. For the price, I expected much better durability and performance. Definitely disappointing and not worth the investment.

Very Good Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range to replace a 20 year old tried and true gas range that had finally started showing its age. Went with the convection/gas option and very glad we did. Functionality is excellent. Takes some getting used to especially when using convection on reliable family recipes, but the cook is so much better and faster. The split oven is more than a gimmick, works nicely if you follow the proper guidance and instructions. Very versatile. Fit and finish are very good as well, matches our other black stainless Samsung appliances flawlessly. Wish there was a wee bit more stainless on the front sides as you will notice the difference if protruding a little further out from your cabinets. When using the lower part of the oven separately that takes getting used to as it is lower than what you will be used to and the warming drawer at the very bottom is so low, I don't see ever using it for more than just storage. Definitely would recommend overall.
Do not buy!
I do not like this oven at all. The third time I tried to use it the door wouldn’t close and now I am waiting for service to come and fix it. I find using the ovens is complicated and I don’t like the fact that you have to pull out the centerpiece to have a large oven on the bottom. My advice do not buy this product.
