Within 4 months my burners only run on high heat. Two hours of effort to figure out how to leverage warranty. Do not recommend this. Can't remember another time I've had a major device fail so quickly.

I like my range a lot but I am upset that you do not get a manual for using it and cooking with it. I looked on line and it's crazy trying to find it. When you pay this much money I think you should at least get a manual!

Warming trays shoots out every time a door is opened. Poor quality defects from manufacturing that Samsung won't acknowledge. Poor experience and would not buy again.
