The broiler, despite rare use, turns itself on every time we use the oven. This has melted the main control panel. I've purchased 4 Samsung appliances, all 4 have had issues.

I would love to provide a view for this range, however it has been sitting in my dining room for a week. The deliverers were not able to install it. After two calls to Samsung over the last week, I have still not received an install date.

Anything I put in the top burns like the broil comes on. It bakes unevenly. The dual oven does not work. The Samsung service would charge to just look at it without repair. I will not buy another Samsung product. Very disappointed.
