After 4 months top of black color is look ugly rusty. I try to contact Samsung customer service they are not except and warranty I. I have pictures which I showed to Samsung costumer service supervisor he didn’t except any complaint here is no any option to sho pictures before but Samsung range think about it

I ordered this stove on 11/23, and it was noted that it would be delivered by 12/4. On 11/28 I received an update that my order was shipped. On 12/11 I received an email that it was scheduled for delivery on 12/12. On 12/12 it was delivered; however, it was damaged when it was being unloaded from the truck. I was told on two different calls that the replacement stove would be delivered on 12/18. On 12/15, I was informed that my scheduled delivery would be on 12/27. I called back very upset, expressing the need for them to deliver it on 12/18 as promised on the previous calls. Now, I’m informed that it will be delivered on 1/8/2024. Sam’s Club outsources its delivery to RXO. And RXO absolutely does not care about customer service. Once RXO receives the product, it takes them about two weeks before they will schedule the delivery of the product. If you need the product within a couple of weeks, you need to get it from somewhere else. I’ve been a very active Sam’s Club member since 1988 and have NEVER been so frustrated. Had I not just renewed my membership, I am not sure I would have based on this horrible experience. Assuming nothing goes wrong, it will take 46 days to get my stove.

Right now, I have to give this 1 star, and give Samsung 1 star. Gas builds in the oven when not in use, and Samsung has dragged its feet on dealing with this issue. It is an oven and not a connection issue. It may be that the one I purchased is faulty, or it could be that there is a defect that does not always manifest, but I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stove and I've n.I love it because there are no burners.It just wipes clean.I use the air fryer all the time .So convenient to just have it right there.No dragging out the smaller counter top air fryer.I also like the double oven.You can run the ovens at two different temps to bake two different things at the same time.It also looks very nice and fits in my kitchen well.My son said it looked like a robot.Lol

The drawer space barely fits the equipment that comes with the range so don't expect to fit more items. The oven heat overall seems not to be what the temperature reflects. Overall I haven't been impressed.

She was out of town over Christmas, I had previously purchased the range and had it in storage, when she was away I installed it. When she got home and noticed it she said, “What did you do to my range “, all I said was I upgraded it.

The ability to cook two items at two different temperatures, by using the divider, is a game changer. I highly recommend this product!

Had the 65 variant for 2 years then the oven quit.........C-F2 code found the control panel had burnt where the serial cable connects from button panel........I hardly use the oven so it's a shock that this could happen.....$900 down the drain....why? Because you can't find parts for this piece of dung probably because these panels are going out everywhere......Then I thought why invest 250 dollars when the new panel will probably quit also.....better to cut my losses now and throw this thing in the trash.....don't buy look around on the internet you will see the nightmare of owning one of these gigantic piles of junk.
