I miss with features

I have an older duo flex oven with the lower drawer is a warmer drawer. I have been wanting to change it for newer features but hate you keep using that lower drawer for storage. I love my current stove and will wait until that lower drawer returns to a warmer drawer for a future purchase. I hope buyers enjoy the duo flex as much as I do.

It works great after repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it 5 stars if the glass top didn't crack after 8 months of use (because of some glitch - couple burners couldn't control set temperature). We got the top replaced under Samsung warranty by a professional specialist. Now the stove works with no issues, hope it'll stay the same for a long time!

Can be dangerously faulty

Right now, I have to give this 1 star, and give Samsung 1 star. Gas builds in the oven when not in use, and Samsung has dragged its feet on dealing with this issue. It is an oven and not a connection issue. It may be that the one I purchased is faulty, or it could be that there is a defect that does not always manifest, but I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing this.

If it smells strong, evacuate the area and contact your gas provider. Super features

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air fryer doesn't work as quickly as my smaller counter top fryer. The drawer space barely fits the equipment that comes with the range so don't expect to fit more items. The oven heat overall seems not to be what the temperature reflects. Overall I haven't been impressed.

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LIKES: I really enjoy the connectivity of the range. Being able to see if you left it on when not at home or being able to warm something up remotely is very helpful. The stove top is easy to clean, heats quickly and evenly. Same for the oven. Being able to cook two different items on separate settings is nice, too. COULD DO BETTER: The griddle slides on the glass top making it difficult to work the food without holding onto it.

After four months use is color is rusty

After 4 months top of black color is look ugly rusty. I try to contact Samsung customer service they are not except and warranty I. I have pictures which I showed to Samsung costumer service supervisor he didn’t except any complaint here is no any option to sho pictures before but Samsung range think about it

Split top door is a great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is awesome! I had the older version without the split top door and it was great. This split top door makes a world of difference. The ability to cook two items at two different temperatures, by using the divider, is a game changer. I highly recommend this product!

Our second Flex Duo!
