It looks great in my kitchen

6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the fact that the over provides multiple cooking options such as the optional split oven, air fryer, and convection oven. Air Fryer works as expected, but with more capacity than my countertop model so I can cook more as efficiently. The stove top is great, although the large burner puts off too much heat and requires moving pans to smaller burners for simmering or risking burning. Fortunately there are multiple burners of varying size to be able to move items around as needed. It is however really good for frying and keeping oil at the proper temperature. My only realy complaint is that the clock does not set itself after a power outage unlike the microwave, despite the fact that it is hooked up to my wifi. Would be great if the clock would reset itself since it is connected to the wifi.

Excellent highly recommend

Excellent free standing stove with exceptional workmanship. Mainly my wife is satisfied. The only problem encountered could have been fatal for me and family was the Samsung technician connected my gas line improperly leaving a gas leak overnight. My local gas utility company corrected the problem the next day.

Samsung double oven

The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because sometimes when you open the top oven door it's hard to close. It's like the latch doesn't catch easily. Other than that I really like it

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air fryer doesn't work as quickly as my smaller counter top fryer. The drawer space barely fits the equipment that comes with the range so don't expect to fit more items. The oven heat overall seems not to be what the temperature reflects. Overall I haven't been impressed.

Double oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not thrilled with this double oven. It does not cook on the bottom. I have to turn Mon the top and bottom oven to even attempt to cook the bottom of things. Pizza crust, rolls all have to be turned over to brown the bottom. I also bought a washer:dryer at the same time and my washer is already broke. It has been three weeks already and my service appt keeps changing. After waiting all day.

Love the features if it worked properly

We got our first Samsung brand appliance and regret it. First off, you have to let them know within 5 days if you have any issues to be able to return it within their 15 day window. We work odd schedules, so we didn't realize there was a problem until after. The stove top has to be turned up pretty high to cook anything and it still takes a while for completion. But some days it seems ok. The oven, at one point was 50° over. I tried to adjust it down, then it was too low. It does better with the full oven but if you want to use the dual feature, the top oven is extremely hot, which was another draw I had to this range. But then sometimes it seems ok. Very not consistent, and you will not get the same cook twice. I love to bake and I am so depressed by this oven that I can't return or bake with. The griddle plate works great. Love it. Very hard to clean though. At least there is that one plus. We have scheduled service to come out but you will have to plan half a day for the window they give you so FYI, and we have had to reschedule. I want to love it but I hate it so much and now I am stuck with and expensive kitchen staple.

Do not recommend!

I have had this range for 1.5 years now. It replaced an older version of the same range, which I absolutely loved. I deeply regret purchasing this range and would give anything to have my old version back. My favorite part of the old range was the dual oven. Unfortunately, this dual oven is horrible. The inconsistency of cooking with this range is infuriating. The top portion of the oven burns everything. I have to reduce the temperature and the cooking time for everything that I make. Also, the latch is now starting to get stuck, and I am having a hard time opening and closing it. However, the worst part of this range is the stovetop. 3 of the 4 burners take an extremely long time to warm up. If you want to boil water, it takes 20 minutes. Therefore, you are left with the one main burner, which is also inconsistent. There are 3 options; sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. The options are either very hot or I question whether it's working because it takes so long. I highly recommend that you stay away from this range. I only purchased it because I bought the rest of the appliances in the package. I cannot articulate how much I regret that decision, and sadly, I am going to have to replace this because it is impossible to cook with. Do not recommend!

Horrible delivery due to it being oursourced

I ordered this stove on 11/23, and it was noted that it would be delivered by 12/4. On 11/28 I received an update that my order was shipped. On 12/11 I received an email that it was scheduled for delivery on 12/12. On 12/12 it was delivered; however, it was damaged when it was being unloaded from the truck. I was told on two different calls that the replacement stove would be delivered on 12/18. On 12/15, I was informed that my scheduled delivery would be on 12/27. I called back very upset, expressing the need for them to deliver it on 12/18 as promised on the previous calls. Now, I’m informed that it will be delivered on 1/8/2024. Sam’s Club outsources its delivery to RXO. And RXO absolutely does not care about customer service. Once RXO receives the product, it takes them about two weeks before they will schedule the delivery of the product. If you need the product within a couple of weeks, you need to get it from somewhere else. I’ve been a very active Sam’s Club member since 1988 and have NEVER been so frustrated. Had I not just renewed my membership, I am not sure I would have based on this horrible experience. Assuming nothing goes wrong, it will take 46 days to get my stove.

After four months use is color is rusty

After 4 months top of black color is look ugly rusty. I try to contact Samsung customer service they are not except and warranty I. I have pictures which I showed to Samsung costumer service supervisor he didn’t except any complaint here is no any option to sho pictures before but Samsung range think about it
