First off, I love the big double burner that is extremely effective with warmer up and entire pot or extra large pan all the way instead of just a little part of it. The double burner makes sure the whole thing is hot and cooks evenly. I'm not sure if it's my unit but some times the gas flames flicker which causes a noise that can be irritating at times but nothing too bad. The middle burner and griddle makes it ideal for making the kiddos pancakes or French toast. The duo oven has been kind of hit or miss. The top part of the oven doesn't heat to the temperature that you set it to that often. I've had to get oven thermometers and the temp can be 20 to 40 degrees off. Also, there are times that the flame directly above the food will cause it to burn before the rest of the meal is cooked. I'm sure more practice with it is needed to find the sweat spot. My husband has used the air fryer feature more than I have but the one time I did, it worked fine. Love the air fry tray that is included. Makes it easy to cook big meals for the kids. My husband also used the duo oven and besides timing issues, it worked pretty good. Another thing that I've noticed that when you use a timer on the oven and the timer is done, if you open the oven, the oven shuts off. I didn't realize this the first time I used it and wonder why my food wasn't cooking. Not sure if this is a feature I can turn off as I used it this one and have used other timer since. I feel that this feature is kind of cumbersome if I have to turn back on the oven just to keep cooking food with another timer. Overall, this is a good oven compared to my previous one. It does look amazing and I am happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dual Oven is a space and energy savor. To heat only half takes barely 5 minutes so my pizzas are ready to go quickly. I usually let it stabalize for just a few more minutes to make sure to not burn the top of my items if using the top oven. It does take some getting used to because it cooks different on the top or bottom oven. Also this is a convection oven so even heat. Overall I like a new feature every time I use it. The timer is unique and requires you shut it off, but better than my old one which I never heard. The cooktop is clean, provides multiple options for different burner sizes. Overall A+ on this unit. Planning a kitchen remodel around this unit now. :)

There are 5 burners – 2 with 9500 BTU, one with 5000BTU, one with 15000 BTU and one with 18000 BTUs which comes with double ring. Cooktop is gas porcelain enamel. The oven comes with a nonstick grill pan that fits the center round burner. That nonstick pan / griddle sits on top of the grate system and while it is nice to have, it limits the side burners’ space. It would be nice to have the pan flushed in, so a larger pan could fit on side burners at the same time. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly as one or when split into 2 ovens, it comes with a removable divider that converts the oven from one into two as needed. The stove automatically recognizes when the divider is in and allows you to set temperatures and timers for either oven or overall. The door also is adjustable so you can open only the upper part of the oven or the entire door for full oven. This stove comes with a metal mesh air frying pan, which is very handy as it allowed me to get rid of my air fryer. When I use the air frying pan I do put a pan underneath to ensure that the drippings are collect and do not end up in the bottom of the pan. Fryer, bread proofing and dehydrating features are set up to be utilized for the whole oven only and I assume that is by design. I still have to work on figuring out what food to place into which part of the oven. The burners are either on top or bottom. So if I want to have a crust on the bottom and the oven is split, it is better to utilize the lower part of the oven. On the opposite – for crust on top, it is better to utilize the upper part. And the whole oven would be used when anyone wants crust on top and bottom – i.e. in my family we love good and crunchy crust on pizza, so we utilize the entire oven. But for broiling or baking pastries, upper oven is just fine. The rack is the best to be placed in the lowest section of the upper part of the oven and the highest in the lower part of the oven to ensure the dish is baked properly and does not burn. We have tested out timers as well. There is a very nice feature that each oven has its own timer you can set up. As when the oven is heated to the requested temperature, when the timer comes to zero a tune is played. Some would suggest it is annoying, but the high pitch and pleasant melody, is heard all around the house, which again in my opinion is a very nice feature. You can be anywhere and will hear it, so you can go and check on your items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally in love with it. The different size burners, the griddle are very useful for me, on top of it cleaning is very easy. No worries about debris falling under the burners. Completely sealed. We are an airfryer family , it replaced my 22 quart airfryer. I can cook everything in single batch. I was skeptical about finger resistance feature but I don't see fingerprints visible on my range. A gas range with advanced features in reasonable price. The top three features I like the most are airfryer, non stick griddle, and double burner. The double burner works great for wok, wide bottomed pans. I mostly cook indian food which needs different range of heat to get the exact taste. The different size burners are helpful in that. I haven't gotten chance to use wifi features in these two weeks but we explored the app and I am sure it is helpful for working moms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven! This was a HUGE upgrade to my almost 9 year old Samsung oven. I love having a double oven as i had been burning things trying to cook 2 items that i needed different temperatures. This completely solves that issue! I've noticed that it doesn't heat up as fast as my previous oven. I know it's weird to say, but my previous cooktop would heat up too fast thus causing overcooked or burnt food - particularly when frying items. The quick heat up on my old oven was good for boiling water so i do miss that feature. I was a little disappointed initially that it wasn't 2 separate doors to open the oven, but love that i can still use the whole oven for larger items which i might not have been able to with most other double ovens. The wi-fi connection to the oven has been so helpful as i can change/start or shut off the oven remotely. This is a feature that is very helpful especially as sometimes I worry if I remembered to shut off the oven. This also allows me to let my daughter just press start. The notification noise that the oven is preheated or cooking is done is quite annoying which actually is good as my previous oven would only do it for about a minute and was not as loud so sometimes i missed the end noise. Overall, this oven has a lot more positives. I'm very happy with this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm becoming a die-hard Samsung fanboy. I hope to eventually have nothing but Samsung appliances. This is one of the best stoves I have ever owned. Installation went quick and smooth the guys were very professional. I will say it took me a minute to get the stove to connect to my wifi on my phone (tech tip: if you are using a VPN on your phone disable it, to get your stove to connect) then I had a little trouble programming the clock (Tech tip: YouTube helped). Now on to the Stove itself, you have to go full stainless I find that it's easier to clean and keep clean than black on stainless. The 18000btu burner is great for a quick boil another feature I like is that I can set the oven temp and cook time through the SmartThings app. So far so good we haven't had a chance to try out the air fryer oven, but it's one of the main features we are dying to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the opportunity to purchase the Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™, No Preheat Air Fry & Griddle. Did I need one? No, not really. The other was just fine. But I'm glad I made the move. The Duo is the best part. Need to cook pizza for the kids but your own food at the same time? No problem. Slide in the partition and you get 2 ovens with independent temperature control and everyone can have food at the same time. The other features are great as well. I used the griddle to make burgers and they turned out great, just as good as when I make them in cast iron pan. Want to air fry? You can do that to, doesn't even need to preheat and the basket is included. Works great on frozen fries. I have a few other SmartThings items so the app nearly instantly detected the range and added it. While at home you can pretty much control the entire range, get alerts when preheat is done, range is turned off, etc. For what I assume is safety reasons you can't control the range away from home. No big deal. The installer should tell you but in case you install yourself, be sure you burn off the coating in the oven. Mine took nearly an hour at 350 degrees. Just turn your vent fan on and open a window is what the installer told me. I did both but also turned on an air purifier to further help control the smell. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended!

I knew from our last home that we definitely wanted something with the Air Fry feature, but also the capacity and power to cook 2 pizzas quickly. I am a previous owner of a Samsung range and loved it so much, this one has all the same features that I loved about my old one and a few I didn’t have. I love the double oven, when I am cooking 2 pizzas that need different temperatures or when we have company over I can use the double oven feature to get my food done and enjoy my night. I find that the top is easy to clean and keep clean. The controls are easy to figure out, I still haven’t gotten to use the dehydrate feature, but I am excited to use it. We love using the griddle when the kids are over, and we can make pancakes and bacon for breakfast. I have also used it to toast my onion buns while I am cooking my burgers. There are several cleaning options, I know my wife likes the steam clean option, she uses that a lot. I would say overall we use the air fryer the most, with the convection oven feature 2nd. I really enjoy cooking with this oven, and it looks very nice in my new to me kitchen!
