[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new stove for about 4 months. I really like how easy it is to clean the top burners. I do wish that the 'double' oven would be easier to navigate. I can use the bottom half as regular oven but top only is not available. I can only use the air fryer using the entire oven. I have not used convection yet. I wish I could use the air fryer in one half and regular in the other. It will NOT work with the top and bottom using separate functions.

This is our first and last Samsung oven. It was a good choice for about 1 year. The oven has stopped heating and pre-heating. Service repair people wouldn't even come and look at it. They said it was a common Samsung problem and not worth repairing. My husband researched and replaced the igniter on his own. Six months later, after his repair job, on Easter Sunday, it did it again and would not pre-heat. I use this stove almost daily and am greatly disappointed and disgusted at the waste of money. I thought we were buying a quality product, but I will now tell people to stay away from Samsung.

From the five burner top with a connected cooking surface, which makes sliding pots and pans around as simple as can be to the spacious interior of the oven, I am thrilled. I have wanted us to get an air fryer for some time and the fact that the range came with it, amazing! I have cooked more things with this feature than I knew was possible. Also, I may single-handedly be keeping Ore-Ida and Farm Rich in business. The burners are powerful and provide even heat to anything that I place over them. The included griddle has be instrumental in making pancakes, bacon, and eggs. It is so versatile as well as simple to clean. The oven preheats extremely quickly and the Samsung SmartThings app allows me to set the cook temp and time right from my phone. I get alerts when it is preheated as well as when cooking is complete. I initially thought that being able to turn the oven light on and off from the phone was a silly feature. Not any more, it has become somewhat of a nightlight when I go into the kitchen to get a drink in the middle of the night.

But I did not give a five star rating because of the following - The manual is very sketchy about how to connect the range to the internet app. Apparently one has to work through stages to set up the range and then link it to my app. But I wish they had modified the manual for step by step. Fortunately I am sort of digitally proficient and managed it. But a common man will struggle due to sketchy manual.

First off, I love the big double burner that is extremely effective with warmer up and entire pot or extra large pan all the way instead of just a little part of it. The double burner makes sure the whole thing is hot and cooks evenly. I'm not sure if it's my unit but some times the gas flames flicker which causes a noise that can be irritating at times but nothing too bad. The middle burner and griddle makes it ideal for making the kiddos pancakes or French toast. The duo oven has been kind of hit or miss. The top part of the oven doesn't heat to the temperature that you set it to that often. I've had to get oven thermometers and the temp can be 20 to 40 degrees off. Also, there are times that the flame directly above the food will cause it to burn before the rest of the meal is cooked. I'm sure more practice with it is needed to find the sweat spot. My husband has used the air fryer feature more than I have but the one time I did, it worked fine. Love the air fry tray that is included. Makes it easy to cook big meals for the kids. My husband also used the duo oven and besides timing issues, it worked pretty good. Another thing that I've noticed that when you use a timer on the oven and the timer is done, if you open the oven, the oven shuts off. I didn't realize this the first time I used it and wonder why my food wasn't cooking. Not sure if this is a feature I can turn off as I used it this one and have used other timer since. I feel that this feature is kind of cumbersome if I have to turn back on the oven just to keep cooking food with another timer. Overall, this is a good oven compared to my previous one. It does look amazing and I am happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this item has been great. i use the dual oven daily. it's important to know it can change between being used as 2 smaller ovens or 1 big oven by pulling out the metal divider inside. the air frying & dehydrating features have worked the way i expected them to. the range is easy to clean & has a burner for each of my pot and pan sizes. i like being able to start the oven preheating from my bedroom! the black stainless steel looks sleek and matches my other samsung appliances. i gave it 4/5 stars because it arrived with a faulty display, which flickered. it took many hours of calls to finally have samsung repair the problem. other than that, had no issues with the actual function and i would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has been a great addition to our kitchen. The burners work very well. The best part of the stove is the air fryer. We can now make larger portions of our favorite air fried food. It's great that I no longer have to use 3 different devices to air fry my chicken, cook my rice,, and baked my vegetables. The oven heats up rather quickly and the fire cokes out very strong. The wifi feature is cool an dI like that it is easy to clean becuase the food does not stick. I highly recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an ancient Maytag with this stove- It is feature loaded and was seamlessly integrated to the Smart Things app. The cooktop heats evenly and the griddle is a feature I never thought I would see on an electric stove. The double oven is a tremendous help when cooking 2 items simultaneously that require varied temps and times. The controls are relatively easy to use and on top of everything else- it looks great in the Kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung flex duo has so many features. Between the split oven, the air fryer, the high output burner, so many features. I was afraid that a lot of these features wouldn't be used. Boy was I wrong. The first weekend we were using the split oven already. Making dinner and appetizers while having the ability to have 2 different temperatures and 2 different timers was a significant time saver. It allowed us with practically zero planning to get dinner ready without stressing over what to put in when and at what temperature and balancing out everything, it was just wonderful to use. The air fryer is just something that's out of this world. I've used small air fryers in the past and they just never worked for what I wanted and recipes never worked because the times were always wrong. This one just works, period! If a recipe says to put it in for 12 minutes at 375 you pull it out at the 12 minute mark and your food is cooked perfectly. I have never had so much joy with one function of any appliance. About the only downside to the air fryer is cleaning the tray that they recommend you use, which is huge, as even if you spray it. Spray it. It collects a lot of food debris which takes on and is slightly painful to clean. Don't get me wrong. I think it's worth it. Regardless of how much work it takes. I would recommend having a stiff brush in order to clean the stainless steel tray that you're supposed to use. The oven like the air fryer seems to be calibrated. Absolutely perfectly temperature-wise as when you follow a recipe and, like the air fryer, if it says 350 for 25 minutes your food is done at 25 minutes. 25 minutes. The burners are phenomenal, especially the high output burner and even the center burner with its oval shape which allows for a nice even spread of heat when using the included skillet or your own. The included skillet is a bit small and hard to cook some foods on like pancakes, but using your own is just as easy. The center burner is long and wide and as long as your skillet fits you can cook on it just fine. The controls for the oven are at the back of the stove which doesn't quite as modern and new as some other ovens but it works just fine. Watch out if you have a pot filler faucet as the off valve ve May hits the top of the back control panel as it is slightly taller than my previous oven. The controls are fairly straightforward and if it requires a full oven, as in no divided, like when you're using the air fryer, it will warn you.

The tray separating the upper and lower oven, could be more adjustable upward as it hits the fan so can't close the door, you have to remove it to use the bigger space. It is hard to see inside the pans to see the food without opening the door on the oven.
