I bought a similar model and have had nothing but troubles with all my samsung kitchen produxts. The touch screen for my stove is incribly unresponsive and difficult to change temperatures and settings after you start you first setting. Ex if you want to change temp from 425 to 450 it is such a pain. I also have a samsung dishwaher that the top sprayer continuously falls off, like every time it is run. Oh and our 2 yr old microwave handle just broke off. ... just like the one before it but that was 20 yrs old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has been a godsend! I received it to replace an old end of its life GE, amd have been amazed at just how much of a difference it is. There are many features I'd like to highlight, for instance the main DUAL burner has 18,000 BTU power, which significantly lowers the time it takes to boil water or heat anything. The range has wi-fi capability that i have connected to my phone through the samsung app, which allows me to control the range remotely and is quite convenient. The double cavity oven is also very useful, allows to bake two things at the same time at different temperatures. The handles for the oven are easy to use, and the seperation may easily be taken out to make the oven full size for bigger roasts. Fuethermore it is a convection oven, which substantially lowers the cooking time, and everything comes out nice and even. Also it features an air fryer, where i have used it with the accompanying sheet rack, yet i would suggest to put that rack on top of a baking pan as oils may drip down from cooking meat/chicken. Overall im highly satisfied with the Range and couldnt be happier.

The range itself manufactured Oct. 2022 is great. However, it turns on by itself. Occasionally it will "chirp", and the bake, broil or roast function will turn on without any input. It also will flash dashes, lock itself and once quickly displayed a code number. Multiple chat sessions have provided no resolution to the problems. We won't leave the house without first turning off the breaker, afraid that it may power itself on, while away. A warranty isn't a warranty, without backup.

One of the reasons I purchased stainless steel was because I could not keep my ceramic top clean. Well, you see every drop on this stove and it is easy to keep clean. Love it.

It took a little time to adjust to the way the oven works but it cooks things so much better and evenly. Highly recommended!

Wish I could give this 4.5. Everything about the electric stove top and dual oven is exactly what we needed/wanted. My only gripe is that they do not offer enough information for the different types of cooking that is possible. We got this stove and the Bespoke 4door fridge and that is excellent as well, but wish more information was available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™, No Preheat Air Fry & Griddle 6.3 cu. ft. Capacity in Stainless Steel. It looks so great! I love the squared look on the glass. It is sleek and clean. I love all the features on the stove top, including the warming zone and the larger area for a griddle. I took off one star, because the preheat sound is very loud and long and same with the timer. The top oven seems to burn everything, while the bottom cooks it perfectly in the same amount of time. I wish the pamphlet included how to use the air fryer and included recipes. I have yet to try that feature, but I'm excited to! I would recommend this oven. I have used Samsung appliances for years and always loved the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is very nice looking and performs well. The only thing Samsung missed was the usage of the griddle. The griddle slides around on the cooking surface very easily, making it somewhat difficult to use when you have to use a spatula to flip a pancake, etc. It would have been better and safer if the griddle would either lock into a groove on the cooktop or at least had som non slip foot pads on it. Had that been better implemented, it would have been a 5 star review!

All you have to do is get a stove, top scraper and do it after each time use a stove and then use a Clorox swipe on top and it looks beautiful and shiny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family moved into a new to us home last fall that didn't come with appliances. I knew from our last home that we definitely wanted something with the Air Fry feature, but also the capacity and power to cook 2 pizzas quickly. I am a previous owner of a Samsung range and loved it so much, this one has all the same features that I loved about my old one and a few I didn't have. I love the double oven, when I am cooking 2 pizzas that need different temperatures or when we have company over I can use the double oven feature to get my food done and enjoy my night. I find that the top is easy to clean and keep clean. The controls are easy to figure out, I still haven't gotten to use the dehydrate feature, but I am excited to use it. We love using the griddle when the kids are over, and we can make pancakes and bacon for breakfast. I have also used it to toast my onion buns while I am cooking my burgers. There are several cleaning options, I know my wife likes the steam clean option, she uses that a lot. I would say overall we use the air fryer the most, with the convection oven feature 2nd. I really enjoy cooking with this oven, and it looks very nice in my new to me kitchen!
