[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gas range in July, and in a few weeks, the wifi feature of the range was dead. Samsung technician had to come 3 times to get it fixed. The technician was not able to get the correct part the first two times. I am a bit concern how long this range will last. My last one (different brand) was still working fine for 12 years but I just wanted a newer one with more features, so I bought this one. Therefore, I am not sure whether I would recommend this product or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had new stoves, so seeing how many features this has, plus being a smart stove is unreal to me. I cook basic stuff on the stove and grill, but seeing this having an air fryer built in we had to try it out. I'm amazed actually, I didn't think it would work as well as a the normal air fryers, but my wife showed me it did. I do like the Smart feature since it tells you when it's pre heating and you get notified by phone too. That's helpful if you're outside doing stuff or in another room. I did like the middle section and the range coming with a flat griddle you can use vs using a pan. I now realize why others like these fancier stoves vs the older ones. The usefulness of the features is really nice to have and it'll be hard to have to go back to an older model if I had to.

This is after buying a different brand that I after about a week discovered that the outsides get very hot when in use and this freaked me out. Anyway, this Samsung product is everything I expected it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old range died in the middle of our kitchen renovation. Purchased this and will fit in perfectly. Limited use so far, but really like all its features. Convection is a little learning curve. Love the grates across the top.

we just received our new stove and are just starting to use it. i'm excited to get to know the various cooking options, but initially, i notice that the panel is hard to see because it is a black appliance and it needs a backlight on the panel to be able to more easily see the buttons. please consider engineering this in with all the black appliances, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, etc. thank you.

Being able to run the upper half on one temperature and the bottom half on a different temperature or only one half has been a game changer. Our only complaint is it's hard to see inside the oven when you are using either the upper or bottom half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That saying, “Happy Wife, Happy Life” has never been so true as it is right now in our household since our Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Black Stainless Steel. We were going out of town for Thanksgiving and I honestly thought she was going to cancel our trip just to cook Thanksgiving dinner in her new range! She truly loves it! The feature that probably excites me the most, as a non cooker, but a bill payer nonetheless, is the duo oven. Living in Las Vegas, I have pretty much restricted the times when the oven can be used, because the last thing I need is to heat the whole house up because she wants to put something in the oven. I realize that the menu is more limited by this fact; however, I haven't been able to justify a liassize-fare attitude about it with AC costs directly opposing the oven use. Now, I am able to chill a no with the realization that my wife can use the smaller top part of the oven & it use way less energy and not be concerned about massive heating of the house. There's other cool features that look pretty exciting, but we've been traveling a lot. When we have more time working with it, I'm confident it will be even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a technology buff and this range has some wonderful features. First off, it looks nice and sleek. Matches our other appliances perfectly. I love telling google to start the oven or sometimes I just jump on the phone app. Getting it preheated while I'm downstairs or not quite home is very convenient and saves a lot of time for me. Being able to split the oven into two sections has also been great. I like cooking my main entrée and a dessert without worrying about the two mixing flavor smells or needing different cooking temps. I have a lot of my counter space back now for prepping meals, since the oven has a no-preheat air fryer feature. My wife baked some cookies with the convection feature – so yummy and perfectly baked.
