[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we really love this range, the air fry feature is a HUGE plus and lets us eliminate the need for our stand alone air fryer, we haven’t needed to use the dual oven feature just yet but are looking forward to it. I would say the only downside is having to find a place to put the divider when we need to take it out because it is rather large to try to store.

We were looking forward to using the griddle pan, which heated up nicely, but we wish there was a way to keep it in place better. It tends to slide a bit on the electric range glass. We've used the lower oven for baking already, too, and our bread came out great! We look forward to using the connect feature soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo is beautiful! Setup was a breeze. My son setup the time and WiFi while I was throwing out the additional packaging materials. We connected it to SmartThings which provides so much more functionality and notifications. The cook-top heats up quickly as do the ovens. We made some pork chops using the air fryer setting and they came out crispy and juicy. I baked 2 cheesecakes and lasagna for Mother's Day the results were Amazing! The duo oven is a time saver and very convenient Cleaning is simple even for my son. The only issue I have is my eyes are not what they were and the settings on the cook-top knobs can be challenging in dim lighting. Love this range!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That saying, “Happy Wife, Happy Life” has never been so true as it is right now in our household since our Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Black Stainless Steel. We were going out of town for Thanksgiving and I honestly thought she was going to cancel our trip just to cook Thanksgiving dinner in her new range! She truly loves it! The feature that probably excites me the most, as a non cooker, but a bill payer nonetheless, is the duo oven. Living in Las Vegas, I have pretty much restricted the times when the oven can be used, because the last thing I need is to heat the whole house up because she wants to put something in the oven. I realize that the menu is more limited by this fact; however, I haven’t been able to justify a liassize-fare attitude about it with AC costs directly opposing the oven use. Now, I am able to chill a no with the realization that my wife can use the smaller top part of the oven & it use way less energy and not be concerned about massive heating of the house. There’s other cool features that look pretty exciting, but we’ve been traveling a lot. When we have more time working with it, I’m confident it will be even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Since then I have used the ovens together, seperately, good cooking, I have used the griddle for pancakes, limited to the griddle size but excellent. The air fryer mode is good, needto experiment to get it right.

I agree with Caitlyn. I bought this range a month ago and don't like it. I do not advise you to purchase it. The features really did attract me. I thought I could use the top only oven to bake a pizza, biscuits, etc for my husband and me but the only feature for the top oven is the convection oven. Suppose I don't want to use the convection oven, but want to use the regular oven?! To use the air fryer I must remove the middle shelf! Really? The worst for me is the range top. The very first time I cooked on it, it got scratched. Now every time I cook, I have additional scratches. I've had a glass top before this one and it never got scratched. I've contacted Samsung only to be told that they would send a repair man for a cost to me. I was told that it is cosmetic and not covered by the warranty. I am very dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have all Samsung appliances in our household and needed to upgrade our stove. We wanted a range with an air fryer and smart capabilities (we have smart function with our fridge). Well, first off, set up was really easy. It fit perfectly in our spot where the other was. I decided to setup the Smart function, since we already had our fridge on it. That was a easy process once I selected range and not oven, lol. Once setup was complete it showed up in my app, where you can select what you'll be doing. I decided to air fry since I wanted to see how well it cooked vs the normal deep fry method I'm used to using. We had homemade egg rolls from our wedding that was frozen, so I put the air fry tray in there and put it on the middle rack. Used the app to choose air fry and the temp. I cooked them for about 15 min and could've cooked another 5, if I wanted to. They were perfect!!! Crisp and browned on the edges. This was exactly how I liked them. I'm now not having to have an extra appliance around and the cleanup too when having an air fryer on the counter. The oven is as others are, except this one has Bread proof and dehydrate. So we will be trying out the dehydrate setting later when we make jerky. We have a dehydrator (which takes up space) so another appliance I'll be able to get rid of. So, I'm actually excited about the bread proof setting. I make homemade yeast rolls and I'm used to covering them up for a period of time for the dough to rise. Well, my mom and gma would be jealous to know our oven has this. I'll have to do this before we start baking stuff for our holiday means but that's easily done the day before. I will try this out way before the holiday season to ensure all goes well, lol. So, the one thing I've come to love is the self clean setting. I had this on another oven in the past and was amazed by how well it cleaned up, and I actually lost all hope it'll ever be cleaned. With newer and nicer ovens, it's easier to keep everything clean after you cook vs dealing with an oven that's been cooked in and set cooked in and never cleaned out (I've used such ovens in the past). So, all in all, we absolutely love all the features this oven has and look forward to using the other settings in the near future.

One more thing I've to mention that I choose the stainless top for easy cleaning. Just wipe it off with a damp cloth after cooking and it looks like new again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is great. I love the duo oven option it allows to cook multiple meals at same time. I have 7 children so this cuts the cooking time by half. Although, in my opinion the greatest feature is the air fryer. This is definitely a bonus if your eating healthier. The griddle on this range makes cooking pancakes (my kids favorite) so mich easier. I definitely recommend this range for the busy parent.
