[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is amazing. The air fryer is cooks perfect. I have done many of the counter style air fryers and this oven is the best. The split oven is a great feature when you must have different temp dishes. I am more than pleased with my Samsung oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been using this epic oven for a few months now and I can tell you that it has changed the way we cook our meals! What's really great is that middle 5th burner -- we have a small kitchen but I personally have a love for cooking. So when we invite over a handful of families it's always nice to be able to cook a big pot of food or a big tray on that middle burner. I also love the dual oven -- I can cook a dish without firing up the whole oven which is a great way to save on energy and just be more efficient in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this product -- it is solid!

So I went online and got a great deal! Love the fact I can use it two different ways! It's my favorite option about it! Second would be the WiFi option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't love to cook but I love this thing. First, obviously, it's beautiful. I finally have all matching appliances. I thought having the grills across the entire top was a little weird at first. And honestly, it does make cleanup a little slower. Also a con, they scratched my (not new or fancy) counters when I was holding them & wiping them down (put down a towel first). But it also provides a fantastic flat, heat proof surface for setting down pans, no matter the size. Also, I can make multiple quesadillas at once now, much to my kids' delight! The different size burners will be fantastic when my chef sister comes to visit as well ;). I ordered some stove burner covers to help with the messiest family ever. I'm not sure if they make things easier or more annoying though. The other part I'm so excited about is the built in air fryer. One more small appliance that can be removed from my counter, plus I can air fry a larger quantity at once. And finally, if the insulation is good enough I'll be able to get rid of my toaster/convection oven and continue to use a half oven during our extremely hot summers! As for the kids - they are fascinated with how the door works for opening half or full oven, as well as all the digital-ness of the top buttons.

Bought November 2023, used one month and then left for two months. Hate it. The top is not resistant to stains. I thought I was buying a double oven, but it is not a true double oven. Figuring out the controls you need a doctorate. First day got it baked muffins and they burnt on top. I do a lot of baking and so far this stove needs to be sent back. :-(

I just got my new oven last Saturday, Jan 13, 2024. I don't like the glass top (it shows everything and the stainless steel doesn't even appear to be real but some kind of film that scratches), and I can't get the air fry or regular bake to work. I can't even get the smartthings app to work either. This is my 2nd Samsung Duo electric oven. I really liked my first one and decided to get a new one 6 years later. However, I'm already having problems with the new one and wish I had chosen a different manufacturer. The oven didn't come with directions and I had to download the manual online and print it out since I haven't been able to get the app to work. I was really excited to get my new oven but now I wish I had chosen a Maytag or Whirlpool. Their customer service is much better and they stand behind their products. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I am waiting for customer service to open this morning and if this problem gets taken care of easily, I will amend this review.

We have been cooking up a storm and trying this baby out and love every thing about it. Great choice and great price . The Wi-Fi and easy preset buttons make it super simple to cook your meals with little effort. I think my favorite feature is that it can be a whole oven or a double oven. It also has easy to use presets for cleaning. By far my favorite appliance!

There are 5 burners – 2 with 9500 BTU, one with 5000BTU, one with 15000 BTU and one with 18000 BTUs which comes with double ring. Cooktop is gas porcelain enamel. The oven comes with a nonstick grill pan that fits the center round burner. That nonstick pan / griddle sits on top of the grate system and while it is nice to have, it limits the side burners' space. It would be nice to have the pan flushed in, so a larger pan could fit on side burners at the same time. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly as one or when split into 2 ovens, it comes with a removable divider that converts the oven from one into two as needed. The stove automatically recognizes when the divider is in and allows you to set temperatures and timers for either oven or overall. The door also is adjustable so you can open only the upper part of the oven or the entire door for full oven. This stove comes with a metal mesh air frying pan, which is very handy as it allowed me to get rid of my air fryer. When I use the air frying pan I do put a pan underneath to ensure that the drippings are collect and do not end up in the bottom of the pan. Fryer, bread proofing and dehydrating features are set up to be utilized for the whole oven only and I assume that is by design. I still have to work on figuring out what food to place into which part of the oven. The burners are either on top or bottom. So if I want to have a crust on the bottom and the oven is split, it is better to utilize the lower part of the oven. On the opposite – for crust on top, it is better to utilize the upper part. And the whole oven would be used when anyone wants crust on top and bottom – i.e. in my family we love good and crunchy crust on pizza, so we utilize the entire oven. But for broiling or baking pastries, upper oven is just fine. The rack is the best to be placed in the lowest section of the upper part of the oven and the highest in the lower part of the oven to ensure the dish is baked properly and does not burn. We have tested out timers as well. There is a very nice feature that each oven has its own timer you can set up. As when the oven is heated to the requested temperature, when the timer comes to zero a tune is played. Some would suggest it is annoying, but the high pitch and pleasant melody, is heard all around the house, which again in my opinion is a very nice feature. You can be anywhere and will hear it, so you can go and check on your items.

For the purchase of our new home, I purchased ALL Samsung products and again I was not disappointed. I love the fact that this gas range has so many options to cook it is unbelievable. There is no need to purchase an air fryer you can do it all in this gas range as well as cook dinner on the bottom and bake on the top. I would recommend this Gas Range to anyone who wants it all in one unit.

It took a little time to adjust to the way the oven works but it cooks things so much better and evenly. Highly recommended!
