[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago. We like the versatile of the oven and how quick it heats up. Cooks faster than my old one. One nice feature is you can hook up tue app to your 0hone and get notifications when oven is pre heated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of this review compares current features to a previous generation of this range that we owned for nine years ... - Cooktop knob heat settings are grey surrounded by dark grey (on the black stainless version of the oven) and therefore lack contrast and are difficult to see/read/set. - After setting the timer, you have to touch a different button to start it. And to stop the timer or to stop the tone upon completion of the set time, you have to touch/HOLD the timer button for 3 seconds. Why the HOLD ?!? - The storage drawer is only 3 1/8" deep, which severely limits its use for storage. In a previous generation of this range, this was a warming drawer that was 6" deep. The "warming" function has been moved to the inside of the oven. Now I have to find alternate storage for 1/2 of my pan covers - For some reason, a 3" wide space was inserted between the cooktop and the oven top, pushing the entire oven down by the same amount. This means you need to bend over further to place items in the oven as well as to see what's in the oven through the glass panels. - The upper oven is larger vertically, which means it takes longer to pre-heat. I liked the previous smaller version that would pre-heat in a jiffy and met 90% of my baking needs. What Samsung should have done is allowed the separator to be inserted in two different slots rather than only one. - Overall, I'd say "Human Factors" were less of a consideration than they should have been.

With no bottom heating element like the previous oven, it cook items a bit differently. Like the outside cooks way faster than internally. Probably will not cook chicken breast in this one. I followed the placement suggestions and time to cook and still the outside look perfectly done. Cut into or bite into and it is still under cooked. Warm up time is awesome, with alert to my phone great too. Just a lot to learn over with meals I was confident in with traditional oven.

From the griddle down the middle to the fryer between the fire, the Flex Duo is still finding new ways to exceed our expectations. Air fried wings in this are a thing of beauty. Just put them on the provided rack in the middle, give them a pan to catch and drippings... perfect. The various burner shapes and sizes on the cooking surface are all helpful and useful - be sure to read the instructions so you understand how to best use them, with so many awesome tweaks to what I'd expect from a stove there's a lot to learn between that and the concept of a 'duo' oven. We couldn't be happier, another great Samsung appliance in our house.

It took a little time to adjust to the way the oven works but it cooks things so much better and evenly. Highly recommended!

All 3 work great and we believe it was a smart purchase. Only problem we had with the range was the rubber on the racks came off but Samsung replaced them right away.

Being able to run the upper half on one temperature and the bottom half on a different temperature or only one half has been a game changer. Our only complaint is it's hard to see inside the oven when you are using either the upper or bottom half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i dont have enough words to express, but i can say i love it. the dual oven show, conventional baking, the burner's BTU are so good, atleast compared to what i had before. i would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new range. i was not a fan of samsung but i think i made a right decision to buy this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old range died in the middle of our kitchen renovation. Purchased this and will fit in perfectly. Limited use so far, but really like all its features. Convection is a little learning curve. Love the grates across the top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has been a great addition to our kitchen. The burners work very well. The best part of the stove is the air fryer. We can now make larger portions of our favorite air fried food. It's great that I no longer have to use 3 different devices to air fry my chicken, cook my rice,, and baked my vegetables. The oven heats up rather quickly and the fire cokes out very strong. The wifi feature is cool an dI like that it is easy to clean becuase the food does not stick. I highly recommend this range.
