[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] using it every day and no issues so far. maintenance: it is easy to clean, a good choice to select the stainless top. compared to old black top, super easy to maintain it. knobs are good, solid, and easy to clean. super burner: the super burner is great, with much strong power and heat. it saves most of cook time by 30%. the best is 1. easy to clean and maintain it as a new 2. super powerful burners (basically, all of them produce mush higher btu) 3. design: look good and match to the kitchen deco. further improvements: 1. backside gaps or space, we had 2–3-inch gaps; made a custom gap-spacer to accommodate it (last picture). it works and looks great. i received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have all Samsung appliances in our household and needed to upgrade our stove. We wanted a range with an air fryer and smart capabilities (we have smart function with our fridge). Well, first off, set up was really easy. It fit perfectly in our spot where the other was. I decided to setup the Smart function, since we already had our fridge on it. That was a easy process once I selected range and not oven, lol. Once setup was complete it showed up in my app, where you can select what you'll be doing. I decided to air fry since I wanted to see how well it cooked vs the normal deep fry method I'm used to using. We had homemade egg rolls from our wedding that was frozen, so I put the air fry tray in there and put it on the middle rack. Used the app to choose air fry and the temp. I cooked them for about 15 min and could've cooked another 5, if I wanted to. They were perfect!!! Crisp and browned on the edges. This was exactly how I liked them. I'm now not having to have an extra appliance around and the cleanup too when having an air fryer on the counter. The oven is as others are, except this one has Bread proof and dehydrate. So we will be trying out the dehydrate setting later when we make jerky. We have a dehydrator (which takes up space) so another appliance I'll be able to get rid of. So, I'm actually excited about the bread proof setting. I make homemade yeast rolls and I'm used to covering them up for a period of time for the dough to rise. Well, my mom and gma would be jealous to know our oven has this. I'll have to do this before we start baking stuff for our holiday means but that's easily done the day before. I will try this out way before the holiday season to ensure all goes well, lol. So, the one thing I've come to love is the self clean setting. I had this on another oven in the past and was amazed by how well it cleaned up, and I actually lost all hope it'll ever be cleaned. With newer and nicer ovens, it's easier to keep everything clean after you cook vs dealing with an oven that's been cooked in and set cooked in and never cleaned out (I've used such ovens in the past). So, all in all, we absolutely love all the features this oven has and look forward to using the other settings in the near future.

The knobs on this range are defective and it leaves you in a dangerous situation. A mechanism inside the knob broke and it looked like it was off by looking at the position of the knob, but gas was actually on and I couldn’t get the gas on that particular burner to turn off. The knob was just turning and turning. Gas had been on for over 2 hours and I didn’t know it. I figured it out because my entire house smelt like gas and I could hear the gas seeping out of that burner. It resulted in the Fire Department being called and 4 houses around me had to be evacuated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this stove for almost 8 months to replace the previous stove that was the same that wouldn’t keep temp. Unfortunately we are have had the same issue with this stove. I think it must be a design flaw letting out too much heat. If I’m cooking anything that takes more than 15/20 min to bake I have to continuously preheat the over to maintain temp. It steadily drops 50+ degrees as it’s used. Getting the previous oven fixed and replaced was such a hassle. I don’t really want to waste a month going through it again. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many different features to play with! From the different size burners on top to controlling my gas oven from my phone! The various size burners on the range are a great way to manage different size pots and pans, especially the double burner and the oblong burner in the very middle with the removable skillet. The skillet is a staple in our day-to-day lives and the non-stick coating makes for super easy clean-up. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn the oven, despite having air fry, convection and self cleaning capability is also gas, not electric. Pre-heating has been quick and being able to manipulate temperature and check on the status (for those of us who are a little OCD about whether we remembered to turn off the burners or oven) from my phone is great. I've always had gas ovens and have never had a self-cleaning option so you know I am looking forward to being able to use that as well. No more spending forever on my hands and knees using harsh chemicals to get the oven clean!

I've now had the Samsung range for over a week and Ibam in love! It was easy to install and fits well with my overall kitchen aesthetic. All I had to do was primebthe oven for 1 hour prior to use and it was good to go! Something I noticed right away was how quickly it heats up. Water boils significantly faster with this stove. I also appreciate the easy to clean design. A quick wipe and my stove looks clean again. I also love the large tray included for air frying. I no longer have to cook things in batches. Everything fits in one tray. I can't wait to show it off to my friends!

The stove had only two working burners and the stove never reached its proper temperature. Enter my beautiful stainless steel Samsung stove with its fantastic features and smart technology. What can I say other then it is great it does everything I could possibly want from a stove. The griddle on the top is one of the things I use the most I never would have known how useful having that would be. Whether I am making French toast, pancakes it makes the process so much easier. The rapid boil burner is a wonderful feature as well incredibly useful on pasta night. I love the way the stove sends a notification to my Samsung TV to let me know things like the stove is preheated. Having a convection oven and air fryer are fantastic its a feature we use a ton in my home . It allows me to prepare quick meals on those nights where I am just so tired after work. Even my husband uses the air fryer to make himself snacks during the day. We have always liked Samsung products in our home they really have it nailed on this one. What more can I say other then I love my new Samsung stove.

The chicken comes out absolutely perfect every time and it’s so easy! I’ve never like to cook but with this stove I find myself cooking rather than microwaving everything.

Gas range notification and status via mobile makes me feel at ease when not at home. 1 concern is the space provided for gas connection is quite small. Due to this the range stands about 1 to 2 inches away from the wall instead of being flush.
