The double oven is extremely convenient and the grill is especially thoughtful and innovative. The feel is solid and well built. Aesthetically it is pleasing and I hope to enjoy it for a long time. Never owned a Samsung appliance before other than their TV’s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this Samsung oven for a couple of months now and we are happy with it. We have to refer to the manual for things though which can be frustrating. I like that the air fryer is built in but even when we aren’t cooking anything greasy, it produces a lot of smoke from the front vent. The middle griddle makes for plenty of space. Plenty of room inside too.

I love this oven. It bakes cookies evenly all the way around! No burnt bottoms and raw middles anymore! The stove burners turn on so easily and can customize a wide range of heat. This set came with a roasting basket and a griddle, which i havent used yet, but both feel like great quality. A huge upgrade from my old oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this item has been great. i use the dual oven daily. it's important to know it can change between being used as 2 smaller ovens or 1 big oven by pulling out the metal divider inside. the air frying & dehydrating features have worked the way i expected them to. the range is easy to clean & has a burner for each of my pot and pan sizes. i like being able to start the oven preheating from my bedroom! the black stainless steel looks sleek and matches my other samsung appliances. i gave it 4/5 stars because it arrived with a faulty display, which flickered. it took many hours of calls to finally have samsung repair the problem. other than that, had no issues with the actual function and i would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had new stoves, so seeing how many features this has, plus being a smart stove is unreal to me. I cook basic stuff on the stove and grill, but seeing this having an air fryer built in we had to try it out. I'm amazed actually, I didn't think it would work as well as a the normal air fryers, but my wife showed me it did. I do like the Smart feature since it tells you when it's pre heating and you get notified by phone too. That's helpful if you're outside doing stuff or in another room. I did like the middle section and the range coming with a flat griddle you can use vs using a pan. I now realize why others like these fancier stoves vs the older ones. The usefulness of the features is really nice to have and it'll be hard to have to go back to an older model if I had to.

Enter the Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™, No Preheat Air Fry & Griddle 6.3 cu. ft. Capacity in Stainless Steel... Let me tell you; it feels like we just stepped into the future. This oven and range was a very welcome addition to our home not only for its sleek stainless steel design but also for its features. First of all, being part of the Samsung Smartthings family means that I can control it with just my phone if I want to. I didn't know this was something I needed in my life until I had to run to the store and was able to turn my oven off in the car. Another feature I love is the built-in air frying. I was able to gift my big clunky air fryer to someone else since I didn't need it anymore, and with this oven, I can air fry way more food at once. And lastly, all the different heating options on the range make it way easier to cook specific dishes. From pancakes on the griddle to just boiling a kettle of water, I feel like there's a function for everything. My wife and I are really enjoying cooking together, and honestly, I give a big portion of the credit to our new oven and range.

Left a review before but samsung commented to read pages 36-38 (or something like that) in the user manual. I have done that and still hate this oven. I cannot get past the fact that I cannot use JUST the upper part of the oven on NORMAL bake. It makes me crazy. That was the ENTIRE reason I wanted this oven. the only upper oven options are Convection bake, roast and broil. I need a REGULAR bake option on the upper part. I also cannot stand that I have to take the divider out of the oven for a keep warm option..... make it make sense. This is not functional. I wanted to love it so much. but I do not love it. I hate it (crying faces) and I cannot afford a new one. reference number 1146411987 on the last review. My dissapointment here is just heartbreaking

The smart features are great- I can set the temperature and timer all from my phone and it’ll let me know when it’s done. The duo oven is awesome for cooking multiple dishes at once. The air fryer option is wonderful and it came with a big air frying tray. Also, easy to clean with no smudges or streaks!
