This is after buying a different brand that I after about a week discovered that the outsides get very hot when in use and this freaked me out. Anyway, this Samsung product is everything I expected it to be.

This is our first and last Samsung oven. It was a good choice for about 1 year. The oven has stopped heating and pre-heating. Service repair people wouldn't even come and look at it. They said it was a common Samsung problem and not worth repairing. My husband researched and replaced the igniter on his own. Six months later, after his repair job, on Easter Sunday, it did it again and would not pre-heat. I use this stove almost daily and am greatly disappointed and disgusted at the waste of money. I thought we were buying a quality product, but I will now tell people to stay away from Samsung.

The only Con/Issue we have is that the little rubber bumpers that go underneath the grills tend to harden end fall off when you remove the grills to clean them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very modern, beautiful looking range. Will definitely update the look of any kitchen. I love the extra griddles for cooking. The flat one is perfect for tortillas! The biggest gas burner gets the job done - it boils the water pretty quickly. I like the oven - air fry option gets the fries done without using oil, which is healthy. When you connect it to the SmartThings app you can control it from your phone. When you have the Samsung fridge with family hub you can even control the oven from the fridge’s hub. I also noticed the oven is easy to clean, the racks on top come out easily and the surface around the burners is accessible to wipe out any stains or food particles. Same thing with the oven, you can even use the self cleaning option - it really cleans itself! Would definitely recommend!

Also, Having an airfryer in one is amazing. I peel veggies and make chips in minutes while my stew is cooking on top. Hands down the best oven I've ever used. The wifi feature is Amazing, receiving the alerts definitely saves me precious time. The air fryer feature is great because of the speed as well as not having to purchase an additional appliance. The griddle in the middle (that rhymes lol) makes pancakes a breeze mainly because of the nonstick surface. I can't say enough about this stove. I wish I could replace the stove in my basement with this one as well. AMAZING!

Now, I think I can safely say it’s one of her favorite appliances in the kitchen. She is not a seasonal cook but someone who loves to cook food every single day! And the amount of love and warmth she puts into her cooking is amazing! She’s thoroughly enjoying the bells and whistles this stovetop comes with. From the rapid boil feature, to the Wi-Fi accessibility, from the ease of cleaning to the air fry/grill/broil options! She can’t talk enough good things about it especially compared to our previous range! It comes with a gigantic air frying tray (can’t wait to get rid of my teeny tiny machine now), which is enough for a family of 5-6! . Plus, the no preheat is an added feature. The burners heat up pretty fast and the flame is consistent throughout! The rapid boil is a really neat feature! I wasn’t expecting it to be this perfect... weather you’re boiling eggs or making tea, the flame stays consistent!!! Additionally, it also comes with a cast iron griddle and we’ve used that to make some great steaks, pancakes and hash browns for breakfast as well as some nice eggs!!! Overall, a great appliance worth every penny spent!

The knobs on this range are defective and it leaves you in a dangerous situation. A mechanism inside the knob broke and it looked like it was off by looking at the position of the knob, but gas was actually on and I couldn’t get the gas on that particular burner to turn off. The knob was just turning and turning. Gas had been on for over 2 hours and I didn’t know it. I figured it out because my entire house smelt like gas and I could hear the gas seeping out of that burner. It resulted in the Fire Department being called and 4 houses around me had to be evacuated.

The stove had only two working burners and the stove never reached its proper temperature. Enter my beautiful stainless steel Samsung stove with its fantastic features and smart technology. What can I say other then it is great it does everything I could possibly want from a stove. The griddle on the top is one of the things I use the most I never would have known how useful having that would be. Whether I am making French toast, pancakes it makes the process so much easier. The rapid boil burner is a wonderful feature as well incredibly useful on pasta night. I love the way the stove sends a notification to my Samsung TV to let me know things like the stove is preheated. Having a convection oven and air fryer are fantastic its a feature we use a ton in my home . It allows me to prepare quick meals on those nights where I am just so tired after work. Even my husband uses the air fryer to make himself snacks during the day. We have always liked Samsung products in our home they really have it nailed on this one. What more can I say other then I love my new Samsung stove.

There’s a lot of good things to say about this specific model, such as the modern and stylish look; as soon as you open the box, you could tell that it will be a great addition to any kitchen. The easy clean up feature is also such a cool feature; we cook and use our stove everyday so the ability to clean the mess afterwards is such as a gift for a mother like me. We also chose this specifically for the feature of the built in air-fryer. I cannot tell you enough how much I love this feature because I used to cook all my frying out in the porch using a bulky separate air-fryer (takes a lot of space in the counter) which does the job done, but the fact that I don’t have to do that anymore and I still get to air-fry and have some really good healthy meal is such a huge bonus!! Overall, we are so happy we got this as it is an amazing appliance that everyone who likes to cook at home deserves to have!
