The knobs on this range are defective and it leaves you in a dangerous situation. A mechanism inside the knob broke and it looked like it was off by looking at the position of the knob, but gas was actually on and I couldn’t get the gas on that particular burner to turn off. The knob was just turning and turning. Gas had been on for over 2 hours and I didn’t know it. I figured it out because my entire house smelt like gas and I could hear the gas seeping out of that burner. It resulted in the Fire Department being called and 4 houses around me had to be evacuated.

We have been cooking up a storm and trying this baby out and love every thing about it. Great choice and great price . The Wi-Fi and easy preset buttons make it super simple to cook your meals with little effort. I think my favorite feature is that it can be a whole oven or a double oven. It also has easy to use presets for cleaning. By far my favorite appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the delivery process was bumpy, I am overall happy with the oven and its multiple capabilities. I was impressed with the air fryer feature and its ability to produce high heat. Being able to control the oven with the Samsung Smartthings feature is terrific. Now I am able to lower the temperature of the oven while I am watching the game. Since I do personal chef work I was disappointed with the interior size of the ovens. I was hoping there would be more room. However, I am overall happy with the new improved oven. The griddle in the center makes cooking multiple dishes very easy.

Every time I cook the wifi on my phone lets me know when my oven is done pre-heated and when my food is done. This is the best range I have ever had.

I love that I don't have to heat the entire thing for something like a pizza. Was pleasantly surprised by the griddle that came with it. Definitely non stick and heats up evenly. Looking forward to cooking for the holidays!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and unfortunately it will not be delivered to us until towards the end of October. However, I am thoroughly excited about all of the features that one busy family, let alone Mama that can use to my benefit as a full time working gal. My husband is on this joy ride as adults with me for this product as we have needed this upgrade for a hot minute now. We have utilized the basic contractor preferred stove oven combo and it's taken it's last dump. Anywho, we chose this because of the double oven feature, the ability to use instantly without preheating. More over, excited to use the griddle feature without having to bust out more appliances or go outside and use our Blackstone, especially during Kansas winters when it snows like crazy or during the summer and we all have swamp rear end or arm pits. If you're good with that I'll support you from the comfort inside my own home. Let's not overlook the great feature of the Wifi and Smart enabled features that allow my husband and I to be full time working kick ar-se parents. We have Samsung everything already and I mean everything basically, with the exception of Washer and Dryer and refrigerator (just wait, it is going to happen). My point is with our Samsung phones, tablets, etc. we can synchronize all of our products to make for a more fluid process for our family. I will update my review once we get thoroughly integrated with our new appliance.

The only thing we don't like is it is slightly difficult to read the range dials, we have to turn on the overhead microwave light to see it perfectly. The air fryer is used most of all. We love the way it cooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus gas range is great. Beautiful stainless steel finish, digital settings, wide array of functions such as no preheat air fryer, different burner power levels, and an amazing self cleaning capabilities. Very easy to clean.

Paid extra money for this product because of features. It took about 6 months for it to start throwing codes. When this happened the oven would stop. I noticed it would happen when I used the back eyes, so I avoided these. Hard to cook big meals like this. Had to finish many meals on out grill. Because of this experience, I will no longer purchase samsung appliances. I have had no issues with my fridge.
