[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the fancy features of this range! Have used the double temperature function many times as well as the air fryer. I love that it's replaced my bulky counter top air fryer. The steam clean function is also easy to use and really does get a lot of gunk off with basically no effort. The one complaint I have is that the top is harder to keep clean because water gets trapped under the glass from steam. It is a great oven and I really do feel like it will serve me well over time.

Only reason I don't give this 5 stars is the lacking in explaining how the stove actually works. Had to watch several videos, and trial and error. The stove itself is awesome, just make sure you understand how to activate each zone, and all the functions.

This oven is immensely poor quality. I had to have one of the the burner elements replaced within a few months of owning this stove. The other elements were acting up and only get very hot with no true low setting .Now I have experienced spontaneous cracking of the cooktop. I have owned this for less than a year. Samsung is refusing to honor the warranty to repair the glass cooktop. Now I am a mother with a safety hazard in my kitchen and cannot cook for my children. DO NOT purchase this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new oven since September. I am disappointed in the supposed 2 oven use. You cannot use just the top section as a regular oven. Only the bottom section. Air Fry option is only for the entire oven. I wish that the bottom drawer would allow me to store the air fry basket, griddle insert, Wok accessory and middle divider all together. It is not deep enough. I do like that the top of the stove is easy to clean. I have used the Wok accessory and love it. The griddle insert is also great. I used the air fry basket only once since I rarely air fry such a large amount and still use my counter air fry. I have never used the Convection oven. I need to learn more about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my!! I have always wanted a double oven but our home kitchen is to small. My prayers were answered. This oven is just wonderful, and the bottom section is easy to get food out of it is not so close to the floor, just right. I have been able to cook two different meals and keep the plates warm as well since you can adjust the temperatures to your needs, my other oven would not let me adjust the manufactures settings. Thank you for such a great product. Yippee!!!!

We purchased this range May of 2022. The Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo is beautiful! Setup was a breeze. My son setup the time and WiFi while I was throwing out the additional packaging materials. We connected it to SmartThings which provides so much more functionality and notifications. The cook-top heats up quickly as do the ovens. We made some pork chops using the air fryer setting and they came out crispy and juicy. I baked 2 cheesecakes and lasagna for Mother's Day the results were Amazing! The duo oven is a time saver and very convenient Cleaning is simple even for my son. The only issue I have is my eyes are not what they were and the settings on the cook-top knobs can be challenging in dim lighting. Love this range!!!

Operation instructions aren't very useful. Minimal instructions at best.

Love this range, the air fry feature and bread proof are so handy.
