[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The functionality of the product is very good. ( NX60A6711SS Range ). But I did not give a five star rating because of the following - The manual is very sketchy about how to connect the range to the internet app. Apparently one has to work through stages to set up the range and then link it to my app. But I wish they had modified the manual for step by step. Fortunately I am sort of digitally proficient and managed it. But a common man will struggle due to sketchy manual.

The knobs on this range are defective and it leaves you in a dangerous situation. A mechanism inside the knob broke and it looked like it was off by looking at the position of the knob, but gas was actually on and I couldn’t get the gas on that particular burner to turn off. The knob was just turning and turning. Gas had been on for over 2 hours and I didn’t know it. I figured it out because my entire house smelt like gas and I could hear the gas seeping out of that burner. It resulted in the Fire Department being called and 4 houses around me had to be evacuated.

This is our first and last Samsung oven. It was a good choice for about 1 year. The oven has stopped heating and pre-heating. Service repair people wouldn't even come and look at it. They said it was a common Samsung problem and not worth repairing. My husband researched and replaced the igniter on his own. Six months later, after his repair job, on Easter Sunday, it did it again and would not pre-heat. I use this stove almost daily and am greatly disappointed and disgusted at the waste of money. I thought we were buying a quality product, but I will now tell people to stay away from Samsung.

All 3 work great and we believe it was a smart purchase. Only problem we had with the range was the rubber on the racks came off but Samsung replaced them right away.

Not only is it absolutely beautiful with stainless over the entire surface, it also has great features and performance. The grates go all the way to the edges, which makes it so much easier to use because you don't have to balance pots on the surface. It also heats up quickly and cooks evenly.

The only thing we don't like is it is slightly difficult to read the range dials, we have to turn on the overhead microwave light to see it perfectly. The air fryer is used most of all. We love the way it cooks.
