[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 3 months ago and I'm so glad we did! I love the features such as air fry, convection and double oven. I love that I don't have to use the whole oven when baking for two people.

I bought 10 years ago and I paid 4 time to change a ELECTRONIC PANEL .AS SOON AS YOU USE A OVEN PANEL GETS BURN AND MELTED. 4 TIME I PAID TO FIXED. MY SUGGESTION FOR EVERYONE WHO USE OVEN AND GRILL VERY OFTEN DON'T SPEND A MONEY ON THIS BOLONY.

I bought this stove almost a year ago and my love for it has decreased. The burners are hot and hotter. The low settings is hot hot hot. Wish I could return

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is the best purchase I've ever made, it comes fully stock with all the essential like air fryer and pans included, WiFi to connect to your internet, also of course the double oven door is perfect and center eye for cooking that's five burners and to top it off the stainless steel is perfect, it's not cheaply made either💯💯 , you better get it while it's hot…

I would not recommend this range to anyone. The range surface scratches very easily, but more importantly, the quick boil multi-size burner burns everything even on the lowest setting. The other burners are okay, but not responsive, and have jumps in temperature. There is nothing precise with this range. We bought this 9 months ago now and I absolutely hate it. I'm already looking for a new range. The quality is far below my expectations after paying 1500 for a new range. The griddle add-on top is useless and slides all over the surface and won't stay in place. I'm surprised this wasn't reported as a safety issue. Moreover, I would like to know who actually tested this and thought it was a good idea. Biggest appliance regret ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new oven since September. I am disappointed in the supposed 2 oven use. You cannot use just the top section as a regular oven. Only the bottom section. Air Fry option is only for the entire oven. I wish that the bottom drawer would allow me to store the air fry basket, griddle insert, Wok accessory and middle divider all together. It is not deep enough. I do like that the top of the stove is easy to clean. I have used the Wok accessory and love it. The griddle insert is also great. I used the air fry basket only once since I rarely air fry such a large amount and still use my counter air fry. I have never used the Convection oven. I need to learn more about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this range since November. I have cooked daily on the stovetop and have used the oven every other day. Features I love: the griddle! Everyone keeps complaining on these reviews that It "sLiDeS eVeRyWhErE", well what did you expect on a glass cooktop? Pans slide around too. The griddle helps me to tackle breakfast every morning for my family of 5, whether it be French toast or breakfast burritos, they come out delicious every time! The stovetop is quick to heat and I love the different size burners as well. The controls are simple to understand and are loud enough to hear throughout the house. The cons for me personally: the air frying feature. I should have read more into it because I thought that I would be able to air fry on either too or bottom oven. No, you have to take out the heavy divider that separates the top oven from the bottom oven. Everything takes longer to air fry because of this. I prefer to just use convection bake - it literally comes out with the same texture. I also am not a fan of using the double oven feature. I don't think it cooks evenly. The top will burn and the bottom still needs some cook time whether I use the top or bottom oven. Overall I enjoy cooking with this oven. If I could go back in time, I would purchase the same stovetop with the griddle, but skip the double oven feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the fancy features of this range! Have used the double temperature function many times as well as the air fryer. I love that it's replaced my bulky counter top air fryer. The steam clean function is also easy to use and really does get a lot of gunk off with basically no effort. The one complaint I have is that the top is harder to keep clean because water gets trapped under the glass from steam. It is a great oven and I really do feel like it will serve me well over time.

Paid extra money for this product because of features. It took about 6 months for it to start throwing codes. When this happened the oven would stop. I noticed it would happen when I used the back eyes, so I avoided these. Hard to cook big meals like this. Had to finish many meals on out grill. Because of this experience, I will no longer purchase samsung appliances. I have had no issues with my fridge.
