Left a review before but samsung commented to read pages 36-38 (or something like that) in the user manual. I have done that and still hate this oven. I cannot get past the fact that I cannot use JUST the upper part of the oven on NORMAL bake. It makes me crazy. That was the ENTIRE reason I wanted this oven. the only upper oven options are Convection bake, roast and broil. I need a REGULAR bake option on the upper part. I also cannot stand that I have to take the divider out of the oven for a keep warm option..... make it make sense. This is not functional. I wanted to love it so much. but I do not love it. I hate it (crying faces) and I cannot afford a new one. reference number 1146411987 on the last review. My dissapointment here is just heartbreaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this since 9/28. Delivered as promised. Does NOT have an operations manual - you have to download it. We are NOT sure if this is convection oven. Food comes out overdone even tho we put the correct time and temperature. Oven DOES NOT have extended warranty. I asked for one when we bought it and was told Samsung does not offer extended warranty plans for their electric ranges. Why? We should NOT have to call Samsung to get an operation manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo is beautiful! Setup was a breeze. My son setup the time and WiFi while I was throwing out the additional packaging materials. We connected it to SmartThings which provides so much more functionality and notifications. The cook-top heats up quickly as do the ovens. We made some pork chops using the air fryer setting and they came out crispy and juicy. I baked 2 cheesecakes and lasagna for Mother's Day the results were Amazing! The duo oven is a time saver and very convenient Cleaning is simple even for my son. The only issue I have is my eyes are not what they were and the settings on the cook-top knobs can be challenging in dim lighting. Love this range!!!

I like the bridge on the stove top, it makes it easy to fry streaks just like I would on a gas stove top. As far as all the functions are excellent! We have not had any issues at all and enjoy learning more as time goes foward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it about a month, still getting use to it. The cooking temperatures have been accurate. The tray separating the upper and lower oven, could be more adjustable upward as it hits the fan so can't close the door, you have to remove it to use the bigger space. It is hard to see inside the pans to see the food without opening the door on the oven.

I decided to pair the gas range with a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and everything looks perfect. The gas range is powerful, the air fry is great for cooking fried foods without oil, and convection heat bakes/heats perfectly!

From the griddle down the middle to the fryer between the fire, the Flex Duo is still finding new ways to exceed our expectations. Air fried wings in this are a thing of beauty. Just put them on the provided rack in the middle, give them a pan to catch and drippings... perfect. The various burner shapes and sizes on the cooking surface are all helpful and useful - be sure to read the instructions so you understand how to best use them, with so many awesome tweaks to what I'd expect from a stove there's a lot to learn between that and the concept of a 'duo' oven. We couldn't be happier, another great Samsung appliance in our house.

I don’t know how long it will last, but so far I’m really excited and looking forward to utilizing all the features I held out for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the fancy features of this range! Have used the double temperature function many times as well as the air fryer. I love that it’s replaced my bulky counter top air fryer. The steam clean function is also easy to use and really does get a lot of gunk off with basically no effort. The one complaint I have is that the top is harder to keep clean because water gets trapped under the glass from steam. It is a great oven and I really do feel like it will serve me well over time.

i had this oven less than a year and the "silver" is already peeling off the knobs.. the digital panel does not always work..you have to push and push the buttons until it starts beeping again...so frustrating! i regret buying this product and will never trust samsung products again
