[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this range after moving into our new home which had a new range but it was not great quality! So happy to find this range! Love the air dry function and the cast iron grates. You won’t be disappointed!

It gets the job done, but it's cheaply made. The knobs are all cracking and breaking bc the part that holds it onto the metal pieces are plastic. It's a pain in the butt to clean bc there's areas grease gets into that you can't just easily clean. All the letterering is almost completely gone from me cleaning it. I've cut the sides of my fingers up trying to clean around the metal parts that hold the knobs on. The metal grates are horrible to clean. Wish it was more simple so I didn't have to spend the whole day trying to clean it, and killing my arms and hands in the process. More of a pain in the butt than it's worth, and it's not a cheap purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the delivery process was bumpy, I am overall happy with the oven and its multiple capabilities. I was impressed with the air fryer feature and its ability to produce high heat. Being able to control the oven with the Samsung Smartthings feature is terrific. Now I am able to lower the temperature of the oven while I am watching the game. Since I do personal chef work I was disappointed with the interior size of the ovens. I was hoping there would be more room. However, I am overall happy with the new improved oven. The griddle in the center makes cooking multiple dishes very easy.

This has been a great upgrade to our kitchen to match our Samsung refrigerator, in love with the stainless top that makes it very easy to clean when we have messy cooking. We have also tried the Air Fryer and it’s amazing, really like that I don’t have to preheat it saves me a lot of time. Griddle has become really handy we have used it to cook steaks, grill vegetables and also to make pancakes for our grandson. Wifi and SmartThings App very easy to install and connect to my network, love that we can monitor the oven while doing other chores around the house. Overall this was a great acquisition for our home and would definitely recommend people to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has been a blessing in my kitchen! As a first time home buyer, I have to cook a lot so I don't spend money on eating out. I love that I can connect the Range to my smartphone. I utilize it to preset the oven before I get home from work. I already had the SmartThings app so connecting the oven was quick. The touch panel is receptive to touch but not overly sensitive so selecting a temp is easy when not using the app. Another thing I love about this range is the power burner with dual rings. It sears steaks so evenly on a skillet and I also don't have to wait as long for water to boil. That definitely impressed me! The air fryer is a great addition to the basic bake setting. I just love how it makes some foods crispier and other juicier. Not only that but our meals are healthier! My husband always wants to use the air fryer setting! Also, with many levels in our range, we can cook more than one dish at a time and this allows our food to be serve hot & ready! I do also like how the edge to edge grates help with sliding heavier pots or pans to the back to simmer. We have not used the non-stick griddle, just yet, but the larger burner in the middle has been great. Especially when we use large pots to cook with, the large burner ensures we get the heat we want! We never have to worry about using too many different smaller machines that take up counter space because this range has been able to do it all for us in much larger portions. When friends and family come over, it's the first thing they comment on and I love telling them how great our range is. I would recommend this range to all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the coolest range we have ever had. I can actually turn it on to preheat before cooking FROM MY LAZY BOY IN THE FAMILY ROOM!! The APP that you can connect to it is amazing! Keeping up with today's technology for sure!

The first few times using the dual oven, I thought I just need to adjust times and temps. But it never worked unless I used the full oven or just the top. Waited over a year to bite the bullet to purchase. Very sad plus the shorty paint peels off and looks horrible in my new kitchen. Waited 7 years to save for my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've hd this for roughly 3 weeks and have enjoyed using it so far. Even get preheat notifications on our TV. Burners are excellent and the over cooks evenly. Have not yet tried the air fry feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this oven for just about a month, and so far we have been very pleased. The oven heats up very quickly, especially when only using half of it. The duel oven feature is very convenient as a 2 person household that also likes to entertain. We can use just half of the oven to save on gas when it is just us, but then have plenty of space when we have friends over. The stove top works great, there is tons of space to cook with plenty of large pots. My biggest negative about the oven would have to be the timer, it sometimes does not like to turn off when using the duel feature. The surface also gets very hot where the knobs are while oven is on. You have to be careful not to burn yourself while cooking on the stove top if you are also using the oven. However overall I am pleased with this oven, it works extremely well with my daily needs.
