Seems ok, None of them like it so it lasts forever. I order both the salmon recipes--they love the other one. This one, not so much. 2 of my dogs will eat anything--but not this--it sits in their bowls until they realize they aren't getting anything else. They third could not care less about food, so it's not surprising at all she won't eat it.

This food is the best!! I have three large dogs my Great Pyrenees was 25 lbs overweight I tried lots of different foods to get her full but losing weight and nothing happened. The food I was using got so expensive I could not afford it anymore. I wanted something that was grain free and meat free. I loved the idea of Salmon as the main protein source. I make a wet soup for a topper to their food that would add moisture and veggies. After 2 years of Jinx 3 cups a day my 10 year old dog got on the scale at the vets and she was exactly 25 lbs less than two yrs ago. Goal was met and now my girl likes to run around in the snow and play with the other younger dogs. The Vet was so relieved to know that we did it! The only drawback is the largest bag is only 23 pounds.

We chose to switch from grain free Nature’s Recipe because they changed the recipe which made it smell super foul. We now use Jinx gran free salmon. It has next to no scent at all. Our dogs LOVE it so much I don’t even have to add people food!To me that shows how much they enjoy this new Jinx dog food. We also give them the Jinx dog biscuits and they go crazy for them!! I hope Jinx never changes their recipes.

Was feeding Victor Brand intil the recall in 2023. I travel a lot so I needed a quality brand that was widely available . My dog is not only a picky eater but he also has a sensitive digestive tract, particularly in the summer heat. He really like the flavor of Jinx and its easy on his tummy and intestinal tract...He produces the most easy to pass well formed poops! I loke it because i can find it all over the country at Walmart. Win/Win!

the best ingredients I've ever seen. even better than farmers and fresh pet. all fruits vegetables herbs vitamins protein. she has zero allergies now, great energy, doesn't seem so anxious or depressed. healthier all over! and shedding is quickly fading.

Tried to get something that was on the higher end of dry dog food for our picky dogs. It's worth it! - Noticeably shiny and sleek coats. - For those sensitive with the smell of fish, it's mild in the food, and you don't smell it on your dog. - No occasional puking like other dog foods have caused. - Our dogs can't get enough, and they're VERY picky! They turn down more expensive foods like Blue. - **Actually helped with plaque buildup on our older dog, his breath is better! - Top 5 ingredients are better than other dog foods, less fillers overall! Again, can't recommend this enough, we switch each order between Salmon and the Chicken types, and there's no agitation on their stomachs. I also recommend their treats, and especially their Homemades when available!

Great dog food. The kibble is always very fresh and my mini Shar Pei named, Sharpie, loves the grain-free salmon carrot. He is always excited at meal time. He is on a grain-free diet due to his skin allergies. I've notice it has helped his BM's, which were a problem before we made the switch to JINX. Wish the bag was a little bigger like our previous brand, but overall very happy with the product.

I have a 16yo Lab who is diabetic. If I feed her just about anything else but this and Blue, She goes thru 3 diapers an evening. I don't feed the Jinx with rice because of the carbs at her age, Labs gain weight fast, and carbs break down into sugars. So the kind with the carrots does better. Just a word for those with Rolly Polly dogs, this stuff certainly eases the situation. Because she is in diapers(the cloth rewashable kind, which are great, she normally only needs changed about once every 3 days.)

Great value, I was looking for more affordable dog food and I happened yo find it at Sam's. My dogs love it, we are almost done with our 1st bag. I have a senior dog who doesn't have many teeth left and I just soak the food for him and he eats it with no problem.

It’s kind of pricey but hopefully worth it. 7mo old Girl thinks it’s ok. Plus, it has salmon. I haven’t read the ingredient list yet so I can’t pass judgement that way because I’m uninformed. I’d recommend this product. They don’t sell it at every store though. You may have to get it delivered like I do.
