My picky GP pup loves all jinx foods but this one is his favorite. He has to have variety in his diet or he just won’t eat. We feel very comfortable bouncing between jinx brand foods day to know with no transmitting. It’s never been an issue for my guy. Highly recommend. It gets great reviews and ratings on dog advisor pages too. Cute dog pic added for attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog, Boogs, a border collie/pit mix has ALWAYS been a picky eater, I have tried so many different brands & when I'd find one he liked, his stomach couldn't handle it! He IMMEDIATELY LOVED Jinx, we tried the grain free salmon, sweet potato & carrot one! So not only does he eat his food but we have no noticed ANY stomach issues. Another thing I love is that the smell of the food isn't overwhelming. I feel good about giving him this because it has digestive and immune support, no corn, wheat or fillers!

After reading and comparing the ingredients in this food and what we usually bought, we decided to try this dog food. We mixed it 50/50 the first week then 80/20 second week. Now on 100% Jinx. He eats it and often cleans the bowl. He’s having good poops. His coat appears to be more glossy and doesn’t appear to be scratching himself or licking like a couple weeks ago. I hope Sam’s doesn’t decide to discontinue this brand of dog food.

My Doberman has been on Hills Science Diet since she was a pup. Seems like the brand keeps increasing the price that I looked for a better alternative. Happy to have researched and started testing various Jinx products. All her food (dry kibble, canned wet, toppers) and snacks are made with Salmon. I was paying $66 just for one bag of Hills Science Diet dry kibble 12 lb bag, what a complete ripoff, and another $2.99 per can of wet food. When dog owners I encounter ask me about my Dobies shiny coat, and healthy weight I tell them that we’ve noticed better skin and coat since switching. Also my dog has always had sensitive stomach, I did transition to Jinx from her old food slowly (2 weeks as suggested) and she had no issues. I would highly recommend other dog owners consider the switch. Your wallet will thank you but most importantly your pet. Happy customer here and my Dobie really enjoys her Jinx food and Snacks.

Same price but less food than Members mark brand. Issue with the Members Mark brand is it’s been OOS the last few months every time I need to buy. I decided to give this one a try, same costs, 11 lbs. less than MM brand and similar ingredients. So far so good in regards to my fur babies.

Great dog food. The kibble is always very fresh and my mini Shar Pei named, Sharpie, loves the grain-free salmon carrot. He is always excited at meal time. He is on a grain-free diet due to his skin allergies. I've notice it has helped his BM's, which were a problem before we made the switch to JINX. Wish the bag was a little bigger like our previous brand, but overall very happy with the product.

This food is the best!! I have three large dogs my Great Pyrenees was 25 lbs overweight I tried lots of different foods to get her full but losing weight and nothing happened. The food I was using got so expensive I could not afford it anymore. I wanted something that was grain free and meat free. I loved the idea of Salmon as the main protein source. I make a wet soup for a topper to their food that would add moisture and veggies. After 2 years of Jinx 3 cups a day my 10 year old dog got on the scale at the vets and she was exactly 25 lbs less than two yrs ago. Goal was met and now my girl likes to run around in the snow and play with the other younger dogs. The Vet was so relieved to know that we did it! The only drawback is the largest bag is only 23 pounds.

Got my golden doodle’s sensitive stomach through a financial rough patch. Or if you’re traveling and pet supply stores are closed upon arrival. Poo was always mealy. Overall weight loss, partially because she didn’t even react to the scent. Large round and light weight bits. Would not recommend long term. Maybe a backup, for days you run out of your usual; but cover in wet food or onion free bone broth. Check bag for punctures before opening.

My dog liked this food for about a week to a week in a half while it was still a new flavor for him. After that I had to spice it up for him with some parm to get him to eat it. That was not always enough and I had to find more and more creative ways to flavor it. Before long this stopped working too and he just would't eat his dry food anymore. If your dog is a picky eater like mine with a preference for high protein foods I advise looking into buying puppy food as the puppy food tends to have more protein in it. And at least for my dog that is what got him eating again. I bought a brand of salmon flavored puppy food and after months of being on the same flavor I can still get him to eat his dry on his pickiest of days if I add some parm to it. This dog food seems like a healthier choice out of all of the brands available at Walmart but if my dog won't eat it it is better for me to pay a little bit extra for something that he will eat.
