[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We typically feed our dogs Purina Pro, but we have three dogs and food can get costly. We have tried to Purina one in the past and the dogs really enjoy it. It’s comparable to the food. We typically feed for a fraction of the price.

Please be careful feeding Purina one lamb and rice formula. My vet recommended this for my 2 dogs and not one but BOTH of my dogs are vomiting and diarrhea. I have been up since 4:30 this morning dealing with both dogs getting sick and after finally searching for hospital vet with blood work and X-rays (to make sure no blockages) they have come to the conclusion that I had gotten a bad batch of dog food!!!!! I went and bought this on 9/18 and it is now 9/23! 5 days of my poor dogs being sick!

I rescued a 4 year old chihuahua mix and could not find anything she would eat. I tried different kinds of soft and hard foods even combining them and wasted more than my little girl would eat. I even tried a couple of very expensive brands. I was desperate. Finally a friend told me about Purina One and my fur baby loves it. Ate 3/4 cup right out of the bag dry. We tried the lamb small breed. Thank you Purina.

I switched to Purina Lamb and Rice from Purina Beneful when my senior border collie started having minor skin issues and had no fleas or other health issues. His itching stopped and his coat became shinier and healthier looking within a couple of weeks, so I would say the diet change for him did the trick. And like Beneful, this formula seems to digest well (good poops!) and he loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many other dog food and always come back to Purina One lamb and rice. It seems to be my dogs favorite go to food. Sometimes I will top the dry dog food with wet food( also purina one) and they eat it right up.

It’s also a healthy choice with healthy ingrediants so I’m happy with knowing he is getting what he needs to be healthy.. I will continue to purchase Purina ONE lamb and rice. We have both found a winner

I have written Purina about this issue, but the problem persists. I only buy the dog food at Sam's so I cannot speak about any other distributor. I have 2 large dogs so I buy a 40+ pound bag each month. Sometimes a newly opened bag has what appears to be moist crumbled dog food; at other times I see this when half or less of the food has been used. My heat pump/ac keeps the humidity low due to my asthma. I have decided to switch to Blue Buffalo since this problem has persisted for months, and this means I won't be buying my dog food from Sam's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs absolutely love this dog food!I can't be happier that this particular flavor DOES NOT upset their stomachs. I have had NO diarrhea and NO 'ralphing' since I tried this flavor. I am absolutely delighted with it.

We've been using ONE for perhaps about 30 years. Our dogs have been Cocker Spaniels and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Without exception, all of our dogs liked it, and ate it with enthusiasm. Their droppings were smaller, more firm, and not as yellow as other brands containing more corn products, and their coats were bright and glossy.
