My dogs can be a bit fussy. We go back and forth between different foods to keep them interested in eating. I found that using this food as the in between for other dog foods we have no digestive issues

I can’t find this dog food in this size anywhere else. My dogs love this food and have been eating it for years, so when I found it in a 44 pound bag for the price it is at Sam’s Club, I had to buy it! I will make a special trip just to buy it from Sam’s.

Looking for quality, and affordable, dog food for my, allergic to chicken, pitbull. He took to it right away. This is year 2 of using the lamb and rice, without any issues. He's 86 pounds, I give him 2 almost full red solo cups a day, at most. It's plenty enough for him to get full. I have to have it shipped to me but at approx $75 for 52 pounds is a great deal to me (i reorder every 3 months). I highly recommend it for those who have dogs that can't do chicken based dog food.

This product is great! Compared to other retail shops, I find Sam's club product offers more morsel bites, and when you have two larger dogs that eat this product, I find it's a better choice. Plus it's a 44lb bag for about $55. Other retails have 40lb bags for about $60. Four more pounds for $5 less, I'm sold!

I have been feeding my dog the Purina One dry dog food for 7 years. He has never had any problems with this brand. He has tried all the flavors in this brand as well and has eaten them all. Sam’s is the only place that I have seen to sell the 44lb bag. Their price is cheaper than other stores. Other stores I have paid anywhere from $27 to $32 for the 15lb bags. Sam’s has had it on sale for $54.98 the last 2 times I have bought it. I have tried Blue Buffalo which is a bit pricey which he took well and I have tried Beneful which caused an allergic reaction. I went back to the Purina One brand and have remained with it ever since.

Purina has been is still the brand that is only good nutritious and good. With Sam’s price, I could not have better for that’s for the size, The one dog my GSD, Brie, cannot get enough. I also bought Piruna One food. Don’t forget, the packages can be and are delivered to your front door!

It was recommended by a friend to help with my dogs dry skin issues. Sam's is the cheapest around and even cheaper during a sale

The Purina ONE SmartBlend NaturalLamb and Rice dog food has been consistently good. The dogs have thrived and look forward to the evening meal. We would recommend this dog food for you and your pets.

This dog food is definitely different than the purina one lamb and rice sold at others stores. I don;t think it's Sams Club fault though. I think the manufacturer adds pulverized food that they don't put in the smaller and more expensive bags sold at grocery store or pet shop. This is to add weight so they don't lose money at Sams cheaper prices. I can see all the pulverized or ground up food in the bag! I've complained about this to Purina a long time ago, even sent them pictures as proof. They agreed that it was pulverized food mixed with regular food. they sent me a coupon, and said it must be from Sam's “rough handling” of the bag. I didn't buy this food for over a year from Sams until i decided to try again with this recent purchase. Nothing has changed.

I don't live close to Sam's so I drove from an hour away just to get home and find out this bag of dog food was spoiled. It's discolored and smells horrible. I called Sam's and they told me I can return it but that does account for my gas or time being wasted on yet another trip to Sam's and because I couldn't go right away I had to purchase another bag from a store in town. I am not happy with Sam's Club at all for this whole situation.
