[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched to this from Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach. My dog has always had a sensitive tummy and we were paying a lot for the “sensitive skin & stomach” formula, but his stool was always so loose/runny. We switched to this brand to try and see if a change would help him, and this was more affordable. It's been a little over a month now and he finally has regular stool! I left off a star because he seems to be itchy a lot, starting to lick his paws a lot, which he never previously did. I haven't decided yet if that's because of the food.

caution if switching your dogs diet for a better price. Firstly i love Purina brand products but this one seemed to have a big issue with both of my dogs. First it started with my Dutch shepherd, she lost fur around her eyes to the point it looked like she had eye surgery and the fur loss did not stop there. It spread to her mouth and nothing helped except steroids and allergies from the ER. My next dog got it worse. His vision is blinded by how goopy his eyes are and he won't stop scratching. He has horrible diarrhea and i am now taking him to the ER as well. They are being switch back to Purina Pro Plan salmon formula ASAP.

However, the middle has morsels inside, and I'm sure this is what she loves. I love that real meat is the number one ingredient, and it has many health benefits. We are very pleased with this set from Purina.

We've been using Purina Pro Lamb and Rice food for about a year now, and I'm happy to report our dog has no more stomach issues while being on this kind of diet.

Not only do they love it but it has improved their dry skin and coats tremendously. I swear by this brand and flavor (lamb and rice). I'll never change their diet now that we've found the right food for them.
