I have been feeding dogs this specific food for years. If you are doing a price comparison, keep in mind that this bag weighs 44 lbs. The larger bag of this in big box stores is typically 40 lbs. That might not make a difference to some, but with four large dogs to feed, it does in our household.

I’ve been using this food for my German Shepherd for about a year and a half. I don’t need to use any additives to entice my dog to eat this food. She’s open and willing to completely finish her serving every feeding. I notice clean and whole bowel movements and no issues with her digestion, stomach, or functioning. My dog maintains a healthy, well energetic lifestyle. This food is a good choice!

Basic- wholesome dog food. More expensive overall for this large bag, but a better buy if you compare per pound. Our vet is always impressed with our furry-kids teeth- this dog food has different shaped pieces and does a great job cleaning his teeth.

Purine One is a good product that we have used for many years, but lately, for several months it was not in any of Sam’s stores and it was not always available on line. Other stores had it but much smaller size. It showed up again at its previously available in store price and I bought it but even though I have a ‘Plus’ card I got charged about $6.65 for delivery. About 10 days later it was back in my store but the price had gone up about $5.00!

3-year-old standard poodle. Finally found a dry dog food that my dog will eat. She seems to like this. For a dry dog food this is up there and is among the best. The pieces are a mixture and some of the pieces are hard and some are soft. We do usually add some chicken or beef, but she will eat it by itself. On my third bag. I would recommend getting a small bag at first to give it a try.

Amazing dog food. Our vet recommended this product 5 years ago, telling me it was the only dog food tested on dogs for the duration of their life. We have tried much more expensive dog food but this one is easy to find, and our 2 golden retrievers’ coats are gorgeous

She also can suffer from diarrhea with certain dog foods and this specific brand and flavor does not cause her any digestive upset. I ordered two bags and they arrived on time however the very next day I had 2 cockroaches crawling out of a small hole right next to the crease in the bag. I took the bag out of the house immediately and dumped on my burn pile. The other bag had no holes in it so I used it.

Made both dogs sick. One of them stopped eating it. We have bought this brand for years. Lately they have not had it available in the store. Ordered it online. It came from Arkansas. Purchased the same food from the grocery store. Dog is eating it again.

I decided to give my dachshunds a change from their grain free dog food to try this dogfood. Unfortunately sams doesn't have a big selection of grain free dogfood so my dogs get tired of the same old kind. They loved this dogfood, it comes with little triangle kibble and what looks like meat clumps. I will go back to my grain free though due to teeth health. Great for a change!
