[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog didn’t really eat dry food prior to during this product, but he absolutely loves the meaty bits and I do notice a difference in his coat. His bloating is gone. And he’s actually excited to eat these days.

We use another line of Purina and she likes it but really can take it or leave it. Her coat is much shinier and I personally think it helped with her shedding. She ran to her bowl everyday. Since she loved it so much we have switched her to this even though it’s a little more expensive than the old brand

I have a 3 year old pitbull that I wanted him to be the dog that caught your eye. I have spent a fortune on high priced, high protein high everything dog food until he quit eating it Then I went through bags and cans of more high priced food but couldn’t find anything that he really wanted. So in a hurry I grabbed a bag of True Instinct w/Venison & Turkey and he loved it. Ever since then it’s all I feed him and all he’ll eat and the results have been amazing! He is now the dog that does catch your eye! Best dog food I’ve ever found. Don’t change what you doing cause I can’t afford trying to find something to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to upgrade from Purina One Smart Balance because of the increased price and protein. Was actually a downgrade. Unfortunately I bought 3 bags. The kids love the taste of the food but the problem is, it has a lot and I mean a lot of that bottom of the barrel shake. Very disappointed. It will take us about 7 weeks to go through this supply but will not be buying again. Not much on the chunks of dehydrated meat, mostly kibble and again crumbs and shake. Do not recommend!

just got home after what felt like 3 hrs reading an feeling the dog food atv the store through the bag for soft pieces because if there's any way my dog was going to eat something other than Old Roy soft Play-Doh feeling food that he won't eat anything else that I've introduced it was if it has tender pieces..i poured him a bowl and he walked away. THEN I HEARD THE CRUNCH!! He was eating it!!! Im hoping his itchiness and joy to eat his food improves.. I'm so happy to find this Purina one true instinct turkey and venison .. I hope this product never disappears off the shelf. I wish i could by a huge huge bag!! I will upload a picture of the bag to look for because it says product bag look will be changing !

Great product! I have always fed Purina dogfood, but with my most recent addition to my home came a fussy eater. He never seemed interested in eating at all. I tried 3 different kinds of puppy food,but he just didn't seem to care for any of it, and was always thinner than I felt he should be. So when I made his transition from puppy chow to adult dogfood I decided that I would give this a try. Instantly my very picky little eater became a happy,hungry,excited about meal time dog. It was sure a welcome change. That was 3 years ago now,but his love for this food hasn't changed. He stays in perfect body condition, has a beautiful shiny soft coat, and is always excited about chow time! He is always energetic and playful. This is a top quality affordable dogfood! We just ordered a 36lb bag from Chewy because the nutrients and glucosamine seemed a plus for our dogs as they get older. Both of my dogs after a week of eating it has had diarrhea every day and now vomiting.. We couldn’t believe it was the dry food so we gave them pumpkin but now my other dog is sick so that’s all he had been eating so clearly the food was a bad batch and we got it from Chewy. I wish I kept the bag to look on dates and batch number.

I've been going back n forth between different flavor smartblend and my 2 dogs love them all. sometimes i just mix 2+ in the canister so get a variety. As well as some of the soft food. They've gained weight, maintained weight, and hair and all looks and is healthier than ever. Absolutely love this company and their products.

I am more than impressed! Miss Lulu is 2 1/2 and she's never liked any dog food. We've been through so many brands but she only liked 1 kind and the expense was completely ridiculous. I've had to make her food everyday so I took the Purina challenge. We use the dry Purina One True Instincts. I couldn't believe it. She eats every bite, every single time. Sometimes she pushes the bowl to me and talks like Chewbacca telling me she wants more. She's never been excited to eat! I was so worried was she getting what she needs, she had no energy.... We see a drastic difference between her excitement to eat and her energy level is a lot more than it was. Usually within 10-20 minutes of eating she starts bringing me her toys, she wants to play and run. So far we've tried 3 flavors and she loves them all. Thank you Purina! Miss Lulu appreciates you.
