[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this without me. I wasn’t sure I would like it but after having it for awhile I love it. It’s so big and roomy! I love the Craft ice balls. They last a lot longer then regular size ice cubes. I live in Arizona so having cold drinks is important. I use the air fryer in the oven a lot so it doesn’t heat up the kitchen. We are getting new cabinets in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait to see it all come together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting to call customer service. One thing is there were several dents in the doors I would like to get taken care of. The other issue is the ice maker hangs up and you have to tap the holder to get it dropping again. I like the visual see through glass along with the craft ice. The drawers should have the handles at the top instead of on the bottom so basically your almost reaching for the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything else work well, but, the Craft Ice maker has been replaced two times in less than one year,( owned since November 2022), once under labor warranty the second I had it delivered free, but I installed it. I'm afraid next time I would have to pay for the replacement and installation. This is a very nice future and it was one of the pros that make me select this model, now I'm not sure it was a good decision.

I purchased this refrigerator in July, and I love it. The look is a great look for the remodeling of my kitchen. I especially love the pocket handles and the craft ice. I loved the look so much that I purchased the range dishwasher and microwave to match. Again, the pocket handles on these appliances make everything so sleek.

I bought this a couple months ago. Absolutely love it! Had issues getting it because the company that delivered it had an accident and damaged the door. when I finally got it, I was so happy!!! It’s great! So big!!! So cold!!! Love it. Something happened with my craft ice maker and it stopped working. Called LG and the woman who answered was awesome!!! Responsive! Understanding AND helpful!!! We got it fixed super fast and easy!!! Very pleased with the product and customer service!!

We are extremely pleased with our LG side-by-side “Instaview” refrigerator w/bottom freezer purchased a few months ago. Our favorite features are the ice cubes: slow melting ice craft, regular and crushed, as well as the knock twice to view contents of the frig. It’s such a sleek, flat feature, and it performs very well. I could not ask for a more reliable electronic in my kitchen. Thanks LG!

Looks great and the glass see-thru side is really cool. It makes a load of ice quickly, and it also makes really unique ice balls (for mixed drinks) with a separate ice maker drawer. Great price and great reviews we checked thoroughly before buying this beast. We are completely satisfied.

It is on the right side when you open the fridge and if you are not careful you can accidentally hit the settings and screw the thing up, such as stopping the craft ice maker from working. And when this ice maker is working it makes this horrible loud noise before "dropping" the ice into the tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new LG fridge for about a month and everything works correctly and it even comes with an instruction manual. Some brands only have online manuals. It took a day and a half to get get regular ice and craft ice. The craft ice is soo cute! The digital controls work good and I can set what temperature I want for fridge and freezer. I can't think of anything bad to say about it. We are very happy with our refrigerator choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this just about a month ago as part of a total kitchen renovation. It's a great refrigerator with excellent features. Looks fantastic in my new kitchen. Both the freezer and fridge have excellent storage capacity. The only drawback is there is no deli drawer, but I just use a removable plastic bin. Love the craft ice feature!
