I bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago and love it but have had trouble with the craft ice maker. I was happy that the company covered the repair and has warranted it for 3 years. The craft ice maker has been a problem which is why they extended warrenty

Has a problem with water taste several days after installation. Based on google search just popped the water filter out and reinstalled That solved the problem. Very odd experience, never happened with any other refrigerator brand. The see see through door is unique. Takes getting used to but not a problem

Initially it was a little challenging to level unit and get one door closed completely. Had to remove a rubber grommet on top of freezer door. But other than that, unit working nicely. Two types of ice is nice. It was also a tight fit on 36 in opening.

It has so much shelf space in both the refrigerator and freezer side. I took off one star because the craft ice machine stopped working before the 1 year mark in both refrigerators . I am waiting on the replacement to come in the mail. We still get cubed and crush ice, but I really chose this brand because of the craft ice. Oversell a great buy!

For our space the refrigerator was too big and we returned it. We also didn't like the see through window - it never went completely back and we could see the jars in the door. You can't clearly see what's on the shelves, and it's not attractive to see the door contents. However, there is a lot of storage - it would be great for families. And the craft ice maker is an awesome feature!

This is a great fridge! I love a side by side as that style freezer works best for me organizationally. It opens similar to a feench door, which is great as the doors swing widely to allow access. It was so easy or organize and easy to see what you have. I LOVE the knock twice refrigerator view drawer, as my son can do that now to see what we have instead of standing there with the door open all the time. The ice and water dispenser on the door is brighter and easier to read than most - and a good design for selecting options. We also love the craft ice balls. Really nice upgrade. Highly recommend - super happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought LG ref for the firsr time because I like the features. Mine was delivered Dec. 8 of 2023. But after the setup I did not check everything. The following day we noticed some icy part inside the freezer and the left side of the door was un-even so we disconnected it. I get in touched with the store where I purchased and so with LG tech suppport. I followed the basic troubleshooting. It is working but the part that I was complaining is still un- even or not perfectly aligned. The tech support mentioned that I need to replace the entire door. I even contacted the store but did not give me any solution to my complain. Both the store and LG did not helped me. So I rest my case and charged it to experoence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love this refrigerator. Both the refrigerator and the freezer hold a LOT and it's gorgeous as well. My only complaint is that the ice maker just can't keep up with our need for ice. We finally had to get a water line run to our old refrigerator in the garage to supplement our ice supply.

Bought this fridge for the nano UV water dispenser in the door. It also shows the inside when you knock on the door. But the truly nice features of adjustable shelves, egg and meat trays, are missing on this model. For us it was worth getting a UV dispenser and craft ice. But I do miss having adjustable shelves.

Our last frig had so many issues with the ice maker freezing up and so far that hasn't happened. The round ice cubes have been a fun addition. The space in the frig and freezer are both great. In general, it runs pretty quiet. The ice maker is very loud when it drops the ice, but I guess that is expected.
