Omg this is the best fridge ever! If you knock on the black part it is a window! So you don't have to keep opening the door to see what you have or do not have. It is also deeper than most refrigerators so it can hold so much more! Love it!  It is dedicated durable and the shelves are adjustable so you can make them shorter or taller depending on your needs. Another cool thing is the ice! It has the typical ice in the front but it also has a tray for ice to come out in the shape of balls! You can drop 3 in a yeti cup and they are perfect! The kiddos love that! Out of all the ones I have had, this one beats them all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the LG fridge for two weeks.  There are mostly positives.  We really like the slick, modern look.  It blends well with our other non-LG appliances.  The refrigerator side is very large and well lit.  The freezer is smaller than our previous side by side, but it’s good.  The craft ice is a great addition.  The fridge pushes all the way to the wall due to the unique way the cord exits at the top.  Lastly for the goods, it is super easy to clean on the front. 

Frustrating parts are just the inability to move the fridge bins (which mechanically makes sense due to the interior configuration), no butter/cheese drawer, and mostly only shelves in the freezer section instead of bins that can store more. The ice maker does take time to produce ice, but the craft ice supplements well. 

Overall, we love it.

Great buy

It was a good price but took forever to be delivered. It has the app that is great if I want to make sure it is at temp, it doesn't track power usage unless I live in an area the power company has special equipment. 
It doesn't have handles and a review I read he said it was hard for him but he was like 6'4" and could grab it from the top but the top doesn't have a grip. The handled is the opening in the middle and it is low on the fridge.
It doesn't have that much freezer space as it has two icemakers. I don't really see a reason for the special sphere shaped ice except to say, "I have ice balls".

I wouldn't buy it again no matter the savings that I got.

I bought this model about 6 months ago to replace my 20+ old side by side.  It is sleek, works well, and LG customer service is easy to reach.  I needed help on something simple related to set up and they were great.  The one thing to be aware or is that the shelves cannot be adjusted, except for the refrigerator top shelf.  The spacing accommodates what most people would store, but it does not allow for moving up and down.

Fridge works good. Ice ball maker makes ice balls with a flat spot but they are still good quality ice. Space and features are good. Primary ice maker looks small at first but makes ice fast. Ability to monitor refrigerator works good. Price did not include all needed accessories for the fridge to work so price jumped $300.

Never buy a LG again in one year four compressors went out . They replaced the Refrigerator and the compressor was bad when they plugged it in. Went a week without a refrigerator, They brought in the third Refrigerator and it went one week and the compressor went out 
and damaged my floor where the coolant leaked out. So Three refrigerators and seven compressors. 
it's working now but for how long.??

I got this fridge in January and now in September I have had the LG repair man to my house 4 times and the problem is still not resolved. The freezer works well, and I like the layout and the 2 ice makers, but the refrigerator will not stay cold, it remains at about 40-45 degrees.
