[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for just over 6 months. Minor water filter issues which was easily scheduled and fixed. Ice maker works great. Craft Ice is a bonus, though not fully rounded but pretty close. Super quiet and the price was reasonable. Plenty of room for all our food. We really love it.

I am so glad I decided to make this purchase. Its a beautiful and is well made. Although, food has become expensive, I love to purchase, fill the fridge and organize the drinks on the door some can knock knock and see what we have available. It's just the best thing I have purchased.

Fridge performs well and looks nice. It was hooked up to electric and water supply, let the fridge sit for 30 mins to ensure no drips from the supply line, then pushed back into the surrounding cabinetry enclosure. 7 days later, we noticed the floor was raised up in areas near the fridge. we pulled it out and it was spraying from the water supply connection point. a company had to come in immediately and tear everything up and put in 8 units to move air and dry it out to mitigate any mold growth. needless to say, we have to replace half our subfloor, which means the top layer as well. during this process, we disconnected and reconnected the line 5 times to see if we could make it not leak. tried new fittings and gaskets 3 of those times. always leaks. it seems the housing you thread onto was very cheap and thin. i believe it has a crack in its own threads. It wasnt over torqued at initial install. Maybe the simple pressure/resistance from the supply line as it was pushed into place stressed it. its 2 months exactly from the date of purchase. i still need to get with LG to see if they will warranty or cover any of this. ive been dealing with the insurance claim and living in a house that has a kitchen with no floor. contractors finally started this week (good luck finding contractors to do a job immediately!). i try to stick with LG with most appliances, tvs, etc.. ill find out how good their customer service is this week. back to the rating. 3 stars because of the appearance and craft ice. it does have cheap thin "stainless" on it. already has 2 slight dings on the bottom front due to having to get so many air movers and dehumidifiers around it. got bumped by one and that happened. shouldn't have dented due to that. so, yeah, cheaply made, i bought an LG stove the same day and hope it is better built. ill find out when i have a kitchen again and get to use it.. im very disappointed and hope i can get this figured out.

It is on the right side when you open the fridge and if you are not careful you can accidentally hit the settings and screw the thing up, such as stopping the craft ice maker from working. And when this ice maker is working it makes this horrible loud noise before "dropping" the ice into the tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After approximately 40 years my two refrigerators quit working! While searching for a replacement, we came upon the LG 27. I needed the extra space and my husband fell in love with the ice maker! Three kinds of ice! Everyone loves knocking on the instaview door to look inside.

We bought this 10 months ago and have had to have the ice dispenser serviced twice already. The first time the service guy obviously had no idea what he was doing but the second guy was much better. So far it seems to be working much better. Thank goodness it was still under warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago and love it!!! It is so spacious - both on the freezer and fridge sides. The shelving is large too along with the various compartments. I’m able to organize everything so well. Love the ice cube makers - the craft ice is fun too!!! The design is modern and sleek - the stainless is so pretty and keeps clean!!! Love the lighted door so I can quickly see inside! So happy with my new refrigerator!!!

This refrigerator has been a nice addition to our home. I like the controls and easy access to items stored within. I like the added features like the craft ice. Having said that, the craft ice feature failed and had to be replaced. The replacement was taken care of in short order and very professionally.
