[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A day after refrigerator arrived I noticed a panel on the top of it was missing, called the number given n the person n tech could not find it sooooo they sent out a tech n after him being on the phone with another guy they said it don't exist and left sooooo I went back to the store I purchased it from and took a picture of what they said doesn't exist. AMAZING

I bought this a year ago and have no complaints about this refrigerator, love everything about it from the craft ice to the adequate space and I can’t forget to add the double tap feature it has on the fridge side to view what’s in it without opening. It also adds a nice touch to my fully remodeled kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Love this fridge. Has lots of room. Stays super cold and I love the ability to control features in the app. Craft ice is the bomb! Thought I would use the knock feature more but really found it not that useful due to the fact most of our condiments block the view. The only down side for our family is that it does not make as much ice as I would have hoped. Hasn't filled the bin since I have had it. Had to buy ice a couple times.

I recently got my LG side-by-side refrigerator. I love the space in both the frig and freezer sides. The best part is that I can see what's in the refigerator without opening it. This comes in handy with a husband who used to stand there with the door open trying to figure what he wanted.

I love my fridge. I’ve had it just a little over a year. My craft ice stopped working five months after buying it. It broke again six months later. I’m wondering if I should expect it to break down again. If it breaks down again within this year sorry it’s gone. I drink a lot of whiskey and craft ice maker was the seller for me.

We love this fridge, we can find things before we open the door which saves money. Only one problem, the ice makers. The craft ice maker stopped working in December and one month later the door ice maker quit. The craft has been replace and is working well. We are waiting for the door ice maker to arrive. (on order).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model came with a house we bought, and while it's lovely to look at, we find that getting it open is difficult and that because there is no "grab bar" to pull open the doors, we get the front of the fridge dirty with our fingerprints and smudges. Also, a side by side design is difficult to access if you have wide shoulders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase for the most part! The knock screen feature is a MUST for anyone with kids. The ice maker options are also super cool, I love my round ice! Only thing that stinks is my freezer seal is defective and I am waiting on my replacement. Hopefully the new one won’t do the same thing.
