Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your feedback on your LG Refrigerator (LRSOS2706D) model. We understand how important it is for your appliances to work efficiently and reliably. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet our customer's needs and expectations. To fix this, ensure the freezer's temperature is 0 and -4 degrees Fahrenheit. The ice will be produced slower if the freezer temperature is set warmer. Ensure the water line is connected to the unit and the home valve and that the line is not pinched or kinked.
