[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broke down after 2 years took over 1 1/2 to get it fixed, first tech Juan lied about fixing it, was using vulgar language on his cell phone, said he was coming back but closed the ticket, worst experience ever had to throw out food, expensive medications Worst experience ever

Ice, Ice and more Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took delivery a little over a month ago. Was wanting a side by side for ease of use (since I don't bend well having everything I want at just the right height is awesome. Needed more space capacity, check. Needed more ice capacity, check. With the indoor ice feature and the craft ice I am finally set. Love it. Double knock on the door, light comes on and can easily see what's in the top part of the fridge without having to open the door which is very much a plus on hot humid days. Have it set up on the ThinQ app so I am confident I will be aware of any issues like when to order the next water filter! Very happy with this purchase. For me, this is the fridge I was waiting for.
