[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great very quite and more space than the larger French Drawer we replaced this with. The lighted window in the door is more for fashion than practical use but I can see some people might find it handy such as baby bottle etc;. The ice maker is my favorite part as it makes as much or more than we use normally plus it also makes the large round craft ice cubes which are nice to keep drinks really cold. Ice and water are available from the freezer door however you do have to open the door to get the round cubes which are in a separate storage container at the top of the freezer.

I am so very disappointed in this fridge. It was delivered today. Loaded up the fridge and all the salad dressings, bottles, mustard bottle etc. are viewable even when the interior light is not on. What I thought was going to be a sleek clean look now looks junky because you can see everything that is in the bins/ shelving through the “knock” panel. I am very upset. One photo is with the “ knock” light on and one photo is with the light off.

Brand New tap on glass to see in, works good as a fridge, door shelves hold a copy of milks. Took a month for it to come in. We bought this model for the Craft ice maker which stopped 5 months in. Went to the app which says everything is alright but apparently doesn't include and ice maker diagnostics. Just put in a request for warranty support. Will see how that goes

We have had our unit for about 2 years now and when it was originally delivered the door was damaged so a new unit was swapped out. Then we had some problems with the craft ice not working all the time. After 2 replacements we got it working. Now we woke up and it was totally dead. The freezer fan was shorted out which disabled the power supply, So the fan was replaced under warranty and it's working again. There are many useful features like craft ice and tap to turn on the light but I wonder just how many bells and whistles you really need. The fact it is connected to our network is great for checking out the unit and testing to make sure it is working properly. I really like it but I think the warranty should be reset if there is an issue until it can go a full year without any problems. I'm just saying if a company stands behind a product then it shouldn't be a problem and might just make it so products are built to a higher standard. I'm just saying!!!

We bought the first one and loved it so much, had so many compliments on it from friends and family. Everyone loves the sleek, clean and modern look of the refrigerator. They love the knock knock door to look into the refrigerator without opening the door. But what blows everyone’s mind is the two separate ice makers; one on the freezer door that you can fill your glass from- either cubes or crushed ice, and then the Craft ice inside the freezer that are round orbs of ice that everyone wants in their glass to drink from! The spacious interior provides lots of room to put my refrigerated items in and the drawers never allow my produce to freeze or feel wet. The clear shelves make it easy to inventory everything in the refrigerator and freezer for food preparation or creating a shopping list. And clean up is a breeze inside with just a wipe down throughout the refrigerator and freezer sections. When we sold our house this refrigerator was quite the incentive for the buyer along with our other LG appliances. When we bought our new home we made sure to order this exact model and had it delivered! We love this side by side refrigerator!!

Its great for the grandkids, they can view the drinks without having to open the door. Very pleased with the performance of this product.

Also it’s side by door freezer ones and regular on the other love. I recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We brought the refrigerator over July 4th weekend. Everything about it is nice except the craft ice maker has only worked 2 times. It would get stuck after making ice 1 time, work a few rounds, and now no ice would come out. We've tried the troubleshoot steps, watched youtube videos, but nothing is helping.

Was wanting a side by side for ease of use (since I don't bend well having everything I want at just the right height is awesome. Needed more space capacity, check. Needed more ice capacity, check. With the indoor ice feature and the craft ice I am finally set. Love it. Double knock on the door, light comes on and can easily see what's in the top part of the fridge without having to open the door which is very much a plus on hot humid days. Have it set up on the ThinQ app so I am confident I will be aware of any issues like when to order the next water filter! Very happy with this purchase. For me, this is the fridge I was waiting for.

I gave it a 5 for overall smart fridge. One thing I would like to include for the manufacturer, is to add more of the glass ridges for optional movement.
