[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 2+ years! We love it! Craft ice is amazing, great water pressure. I likely would have given it more of a 4.7 instead of a 5 ⭐️ only bc of the smaller than normal freezer storage & the regular ice isn’t great keeping up at times but overall it’s been an enjoyable refrigerator:) I would buy it again!

The only downside is our craft ice ball machine started making a loud knocking noise about a year and a half of purchase. Good thing we were still in our warranty time! They are going to replace that. So I would recommend buying the extended warranty. Other than that, it’s great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everything about the fridge BUT LG designed flawed system to hold door/bins. When we shut the doors bins/shelves fall off the shallow/small mounts. Everything comes crashing down. Either redo the molds for the bins to be a few millimeters wider or redesign the mounts. I've submitted a warranty claim to see how LG will handle this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought it a couple of months ago and we love it. only complaint was it took a will to get the ice cubes to stop tasting funny. Threw a 5 0r 6 bunkers of ice away and it stopped. i think it was the water line they made me buy. before they would hook it up.

We have had the unit for about 20 months and we love it and all the great features and options, When they work right. We really like the see thru door and tap to turn on the light. And the craft ice balls are super for drinks. But we had the craft ice maker replaced twice under warranty before we got it to work right. And just recently the whole unit stopped working with no power at all. It was traced to a bad freezer fan and bad power board and was replaced with no charge due to problems with them. Overall we really love it but only time will tell if it lasts. I am cautiously hopeful!

Bought this refrigerator a week ago. Agree with a previous review that even with the "Ice Plus" feature the refrigerator ice machines are disappointing. My main complaint is the door bins can't hold much without falling out and if you don't close the door gently the bins fall out. I had to silicone the top two bins in place just to address that problem. Other than that the refrigerator works well. The WiFi hook-up was not an easy process but when it finally took the refrigerator did a firmware update and the "Smart Things" app does well. I'm giving this a "3" rating mainly because of the poor quality of the plastic bins. They should have been a little stronger. I would not recommend this refrigerator for families with children that cannot be taught to just let the door close without controlling it.

I bought a similar fridge as this one and almost the same price. The compressor went and they said it’s under warranty for 10 years. But they couldn’t find anyone to fix in my area and so they didn’t offer any compensation or solutions. So I had to purchase a fridgaire instead.

I love that it makes two separate ice cubes! I believe that’s my favorite part! Yes it’s cool that you can knock and the light comes on, but honestly I think I’ve only done that once since having it.

So I really like this refrigerator. It has more space then my old one and works great! I did not give it 5 stars because of the ice maker. For some reason, we use alot of ice in my house. The craft ice is awesome for water bottles because they never melt, but the regular ice maker makes small ice cubes. Smaller ice cubes = more ice used in the each glass. I really like this appliance, so my solution was to purchase a counter top ice maker (which I also love now).
